Dr. Smith and his staff we’re excellent! He was very thorough and reassured me about my vision. He was gentle with my eyes and his assistant was efficient, appropriate and helpful. She used a new device to check me for glaucoma and it was not uncomfortable at all. The new office building is attractive and clean.

Everyone was nice and friendly once I walked in. I was visiting the Urgent Care which had a steady stream of traffic. I was waiting for an hour before I went back. This was on a Monday so it's reasonable with only two doctors working. The doctor was quick to diagnose my symptoms and get my prescriptions sent right away. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The administration (reception, billing, insurance) is not at all patient friendly. If that is any reflections on the clinicians I'd stay far away from here.The patients name is irrelevant to the conversation about what insurance companies you guys work with and don't. I spoke with the boss Mitch though and he seems satisfied with what went down so I guess you don't have to worry about it.

went to get a covid test and the dr. told me it would only take 24hrs. its been 5 days and i still haven't received the results.

I went to see Dr. Adrienne Terry. She was so sweet and kind. She took the time to really listen to me. She order some blood work and gave me some info to take home and look over.The lab was great too. Ellie did my blood draw. She is good and quick. She talk to me so I wouldn’t get sick during the blood draw since my veins were not producing blood very quick.

Very well taken care of by Cannon England at the Urgent Care facility. He was very kind to me and also extremely helpful. He gave me paperwork to see Rocky Mountain Physical Therapists. I’m seeing them twice a week and they are helping me to recover from my fall. Thank you so much.

The new West Valley location runs very efficiently. Most of all I give 5 stars because of Dr David Nelson and his staff. He has been my Dr. for over 20 years,and he is still the best Dr. that I know! His nurse, Von, is also wonderful. I could not be more pleased !
