Dr. New is competent and approachable. He takes as much time as you need to help you understand your condition and what treatment options are available. I never feel rushed through a visit. Wait times to get an appointment are reasonable. Once you are in the office wait time to see the doctor is also reasonable. If an issue arises between scheduled appointments they get you in promptly.

No waiting a very long time. Dr. New explained what he was going to do. He removed the skin cancer gave instruction for care of wound. Everything went very easy in and out appointment for check up made a good Doctor.

I struggled with acne for 7 years. I went to Dr. New who provided topicals and some medications but he eventually gave up on me. Said my only option was acutane and he couldn’t even prescribe it. Never suggested that I take certain vitamins or switch up birth control medications. My obgyn recommended I do those two things and she also did blood work to see what I was deficient in. She saved my self confidence. Before going to her I was on certain topicals and medications that broke me out even worse made my sensitive skin extremely dry and painful and the medications made me nauseous. Save yourself the money and time and find a better dermatologist or doctor.
