List of National Spine & Pain Centers Aldie's Reviews
I have seen 2 pain management doctors so far and I want to give my honest opinion about National Spine and Pain Centers. There are a few cons but overall more pros. Dr. Tannous - I feel like his bedside manner is exceptional. His knowledge on pain and possible therapies is astounding. I really felt like I was listened to and very well informed on therapies that I underwent. I did have back injections twice with Dr. Tannous and I was very well cared for. I had a horrible experience getting injections elsewhere, but with National Spine & Pain I knew that I was in good hands. I feel like he set the standard very high across the board. Lidocaine has no effect on me so injections can be a little nerve racking for me but Dr. Tannous was able to come up with a solution for that too. I’m very sad that they no longer accept my insurance. Cons: - Dr. Tannous is never on time for appointments (I’m so sorry for throwing shade), but if you have a 2pm appointment you probably won’t be seen until maybe 4ish. But I feel like he’s giving each individual patient the care and attention that they need individually. Possibly if he had specific days scheduled for treatments/procedures that might help the issue but I’m not an expert. - They stopped accepting my insurance (which I’m still very bitter about even though it’s been over 6+ months). - This one is the biggest con. I think I was with National Spine & Pain for about a year or more, when I first started I signed on as a patient I saw a lot of reviews/complaints about the office manager. I was incredibly perplexed for a while because everyone in the office was incredibly helpful and cordial. UNTIL, the entire front office staff found other opportunities (and one employee went to another location). Then the lovely office manager Soledad came back to this location and it all of a sudden clicked. In my opinion, she should not be in a position to deal with the public in any way shape or form. Especially in a health care setting! She was very rude with every encounter. I unfortunately don’t have one decent thing to say about her. It got to the point I needed to block my number when I would call because they were not answering my # or they would put me on hold for over an hour every time I’d call. As a patient with pain severe enough to see a specialist her behavior is completely unacceptable on every level. I wouldn’t wish her on my worst enemy. I cannot understand how this office can remain open with the way she treats patients. I’m honestly disappointed, disgusted, and utterly shocked by her continuous behavior. Again this is all my personal opinion so please don’t make a decision to join as a patient solely on my review alone.
Dr.tannous is wonderful been my third time seeing him absolutely love the place and love Dr.T he literally safe my life my pain was so bad that make me stop working or do any activities and Dr T helped me in my first visit also he teaks his time and listen to you and I can see he cares with his patience and that’s very important. I recommended this place and also the stuff Front desk they are very helpful and very professional I definitely recommend wonderful place national spine and pain management.💗
Went in today for a 2:30 appointment. Arrived by 2 pm and sat in the patient's private room for the Dr. for 40 minutes. Asked about seeing a doctor twice. Walked out by 3:10 without seeing the doctor. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say will not be back to this location. Name is Jose.
Dr. T has been a godsend. He always listens, never rushes me and has been instrumental in providing me with pain relief from Degenerative Disc Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been to a handful of pain mgmt doctors looking for help and Dr. T has been the only one that has helped me. Additionally his staff is always lovely, super helpful and kind. This practice is a neighborhood gem.
Dr. Tannous brochure states many treatments. After 5 visits no treatments were provided. I only received a couple of painful injections and RX that does not help. Yet his brochure states “Don’t live another day in Pain”.
Love the doctor and the pa there awesome they do a good job trying to help you
Dr's here are very professional. The staff at reception are awesome as well.
First time here and I absolutely loved it. The front staff is wonderful and all kind/helpful. Dr T is awesome! He is so sweet and actually cares to know what’s going on. Amazing office! So happy I get to come here.
Very painful injections had me screaming in pain non stop. It has made my back pain worse. They were also extremely rude and hostile the whole time with me. Avoid at all costs!
Everyone there is kind, friendly and helpful. My appointments are quick and easy. The doctors actually care and do everything they can to help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
