Ali G Ganjei Md's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr. Ganjei twice now and I think he is great! Both times I didn't have to wait even a minute to be seen by him and he is very kind. He is thorough and great at engaging. He asks the right questions and has great bedside manner. For the first time since my accident I feel optimistic about my recovery and I'm seeing results.

Dr Ganjei is amazing! He is an amazing doctor. He is caring and invested in a patient’s recovery. He is devoted to every single patient on his ward! We truly appreciate everything he has done for us!!

Doctor Ganjei supervised my cardiac rehab from open heart surgery. He has wonderful 'bed side' manners. He rally cares about his patience and thei wellness. He was instrumental in my recovery. He is truly a Most Blessed man B. Bruce Wasz

If there were a negative infinity rating, he would have deserved it! I have been suffering from many injuries and symptoms from a car accident a couple months ago. I went to DR. Ali Ganjei on an emergency referral from my urologist for severe pelvic pain that seemed to have worsened over time. I arrived a little bit early to fill out the paperwork. But I was surprised firstly by the almost hidden protocol that the practice had put in place. ***** IF YOU WERE INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT BEWARE ***** Because i was involved in a car accident, they had this protocol that they would submit the payment to the auto insurance of the at fault driver and require the claim number and auto insurance of the incident. This is the kind of stuff that tends to greatly harm your case and tends to expose oneself to a ton of liability. It is far more sensible as most practices do to bill one's own health insurance first before seeking to bill any third party insurance. ***************************************************** Aside from that very odd protocol, the office staff seemed generally pretty friendly. The only slight downside is how big the initial paperwork is! That paperwork is HUGE! Unfortunately they don't provide that online. They said that the paperwork is usually emailed out to patients when they schedule the initial appt Now to the super bad part- the doctor's treatment(More like lack thereof): I did not come to the office to fight. Due to the car accident I was in pretty excruciating agony as I stood there in the doctor office, and sadly still am as i write this review. I already have a very lengthy history of symptoms due to the accident. And I am already half exhausted from my lack of sleep and the long, painful and arduous trip I took just to see Dr. Ganjei. So instead of addressing and treating my symptoms, especially those of my severe pelvic pain & debilitating low back pain, he chose to bash me over the head for seeing a Chiropractor during the very few minutes that he was actually there in the room with me. On the trip home, I was in utter agony. And I am hoping to ensure here that either Dr. Ganjei learns to have better bedside manner, if not then he may suffer some dire consequences and start to lose referrals. And hopefully other potential patients may see this review as a warning.

Even with complaintof area and ongoing discomfort stressed to him with 2 MRI;s showing the area worsening which was improoper from the first one, he declined that he did not think that was the issue. Well if you have a fall or shoulder pain and they do tests and it prves to be that area and 2nd to prove it is worsening then what the heck do you send someone away with what "YOU THINK", how about what you know. The scientific proof you ignored along with the complaint. I have been living with this for 5 years now. Central Va Orthopedics, Lynchburg, Va
