Excellent, thorough and efficient visit with Dr Park yet again! My son loves her and listens to her advice. As for me, I am always getting helpful tips on parenting and what to watch for. Refreshing perspective and she always says ‘my goal is to make the kids by the age of 18 successful adults’. Thank you Dr Park and staff!
We just took our daughter here for the first time and I was so impressed. We've had some issues with peds in the past and I was holding my breath hoping this experience would be different and - thankfully - it was wonderful! Dr. Park and the rest of the staff have wonderful bedside manner and were quick to adapt when we shared that our daughter does not like the doctor. I cannot explain the relief our felt when our daughter felt SO comfortable and did so well during the appointment because of their kindness. Thank you so much, ALL Peds.
Dr. Park is awesome TOTAL healthcare provider. Been looking after my kids for over 16 years now and was glad did. If you can get on manage to get on her limited schedule you will not be disappointed.
We always have a good experience and have great confidence in Dr. Parker-Lundgren. Other providers in the practice have also been good when we've seen them.

My family has been with this practice for nearly 40 years and I must say that the I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service I’ve experienced when trying to resolve one of my children’s accounts. The women in the billing department do not care about patient wellbeing or being courteous to parents, they simply care about money. I was literally brought to tears while on the phone with Sandy. She refused to answer any of my questions and shamed me for my child not having health insurance while I was unemployed and me also not knowing when my child’s father ceased providing coverage for our child although he has been court ordered to do so for the past 10 years. Sandy was very belligerent, refused to help me and ended our call without answering any of my questions. When I called back and was actually getting help from her coworker, she locked my child’s account and refused to let anyone else help me. She stated that she was making notes on my child’s account, but would not tell me what notes. Once I was able to finally speak with someone else, I was told that my children were no longer patients of the practice (the practice that my siblings and I were patients of since I was born and that my children have been patients of since infancy). Now, I’m stuck trying to find my children a new pediatrician so that they can continue their medications. A couple years ago, I likely would’ve recommended this practice, but the issues have been piling up and the exchange with Sandy was simply the last straw. The providers are hit or miss with bedside manner and overall knowledge. The receptionists are generally ok, but scheduling appointments can be a pain and policies aren’t always communicated uniformly (eg, one person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you something else). All in all, I believe it’s actually a good thing that I’m being forced to move on from this practice.
