Ruptured two small arteries providing blood to Biceps femoris long and short head sinister. Arrived at Alexandria Hospital E.R. on 25 OCT 2021 around 1300 hours EST. Assigned to Dr. Nowak for workup. Despite the mottled appearance of my Biceps femoris, Dr. Nowak focused on an atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter problems diagnosed and resolved in 2020. Meanwhile, blood continues to seep into the recesses of my other muscle bodies of my left leg. My left leg appeared mottled and bruised. Dr. Nowak ignored my left leg and continued to focus on my heart. At 10:45 PM, after more than 9 hours in the ER, I demanded to be released. The next day I went to INoVa Mt. Vernon hospital, where the problem was correctly diagnosed and treated surgically. Please stay away from Dr. Nowak.
