The doctor could not do anything at all to help me with the pimples & very bad rush that I have on my body because they are already dry, I need to return when they are in full bloom

I booked my appointment two months in advance with Dr. Glassman, which was his next available date and time to see him. I waited almost 50 minutes before he arrived. He did a quick skin examination - approx. between 3-5 minutes. I asked him several times about one of my areas and he basically it was fine - he just looked at it - no magnifying glass, etc. It was as if he was on a time schedule to rush me out and onto his next patient! When I left to pay for my visit, I as asked if I need to book another appointment with me - I told her that I will NOT be seeing him any more!

The visit was quick and efficient. He explained what he found, that there was nothing to be concerned about, recommended another exam with him in two years. Finally he asked if I had any questions for him. It wasn't a warm personable consult, but it got the job done.

I was very impressed by this office. I was initially distressed because the waiting room was very full and not all the patients were wearing masks. Since I am immunocompromised I worried about sitting in that environment until my appointment time. I explained my concerns to the woman at the reception desk. She immediately moved me to a different room with the forms I needed to fill out. I was then moved into an exam room where I waited to meet with Dr. Glassman. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. The doctor was excellent and listened carefully to my concerns. He even took time to chat for a few minutes. This is a huge improvement over previous experiences I have had with other dermatologists (NOT associated with this practice).

Rushed mechanical and cursory interaction w doc. In and out 10 minutes or less. Following week after exam I find trouble spots same area inspected and treated during exam. I think this is a revenue focused operation.
