Dr. Ribeiro was great! She took her time examining my sprained ankle and gave me helpful care instructions. The office was easy to access and had a welcoming environment. I would definitely go back and recommend her to anyone seeking a podiatrist!

I have seen Dr. Ribiero several times for various issues over the past 5 years. Making an appointment through Online scheduling is fast and easy, and one can often can be seen in the same day. I find her to be exquisitely attentive and very thorough in explaining and showing (via X-ray) conditions or problems that exist. She does offer options for treatment when possible, and explains what to expect in the short and long term with treatment and healing. Her receptionist is also quite personable and helpful. One last note of importance is that waiting is never more than five minutes, if at all. I highly recommend Dr. Ribiero as a Podiatrist.

Dr. Ribiero was very professional, answered my questions, and was knowledgeable about solutions. She wrote everything down for me to purchase and do along with sources. My feet hurt much of the time, and her suggestions are working. I will be back if I need further help.

Dr. Ribeiro was really great. I had an ankle injury that was debilitating for me but not something that seemed to be a very significant injury. I couldn't go on walks anymore without hurting my ankle to the point I could not walk at all without limping but there was no sprain or tear or whatever. I saw the Dr. twice she had me get an MRI then recommended physical therapy. It took a long time for my ankle to heal but that exactly what I needed and that timeline was determined by my ankle and my physical therapy. She was knowledgeable, responsive and importantly, kind. I'd definitely recommend her!

I met Dr Ribeiro 4 years ago to deal with a bad case of plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. Dr Ribeiro knew then that I was likely going to need bone spur surgery with Achilles reattachment, but was so patient with me while I played out every other option possible with her. This year it became clear that all the cortisone shots in the world weren't going to fix my issue, and I finally bit the bullet and did a surgery that I knew was a big deal. Dr Ribeiro was the only surgeon in DC that I even considered doing this with, and boy am I glad that I used her. She did a phenomenal job on the surgery: so much so that my quicker than planned recovery is surprising all of us. I've done exactly as she's prescribed, and the results have been truly remarkable. Her office staff is wonderful and she has been super accessible when I've needed her (including a 7AM phone call post surgery to help care for me). While no one should go into foot surgery lightly, if you're going to, Dr. Ribeiro is who I trust in the DMV. She's fabulous!

This practice is extremely well run. The staff is professional, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Robeiro does not rush through your appointment. She intently listens to all of your concerns and addresses all of your questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She actually gives you specific recommendations for anything that you might need for your recovery such as footware, inserts and where you can purchase them. She even gives you written instructions for exercises to do at home. I highly recommend Dr. Robeiro and I am so thrilled that she has solved my foot problem is such a short period of time. I am so lucky that I have found such a great doctor!

I've seen Dr Ribeiro for two foot issues. Both times were easy to get an appointment, her staff is super friendly and helpful, and the Dr was very thorough and got me healed up quickly. She has a digital X-ray, so you can see results instantly, and she gave me a comprehensive explanation of everything in my feet and ankles, even things that were not bothering me. It was great piece of mind understanding what condition everything is in since I'm a runner, hiker and biker. If you have issues, Dr Ribeiro is a great choice.

Very disappointed with my recent phone call to Ribeiro Foot & Ankle Center. I wasn't able to get past the receptionist because she was very rude, incompetent and lacking customer service. I had a proper insurance card that they are accepting but she was disagreeing with me. Frustrating business practice.She had difficulty taking my card number for some reason but seemed very upset about having to deliver a message to the doctor or practice manager so that I could speak with them. Sad I won't have the opportunity to visit with the doctor and went with someone better actually.

Met with Dr. Ribeiro today for the first time for a second opinion on a foot/ankle issue and left completely satisfied with my entire experience. She was professional and very courteous and provided outstanding information that I feel will finally provide me some relief. Her receptionist is just as nice. Overall a very good experience.

Dr. Robeiro and her staff are great! I was quickly greeted, welcomed, and given paperwork to fill out. I barely had to wait to be taken back to the exam room. Once there, the doctor came quickly. She was efficient but still attentive. She listened to what was bothering me and took her time during the examination.
