I am so happy with Dr Brideau. He is an excellent doctor and he takes the time to explain my medical issues clearly and makes sure that I understand what's going on. He is focused on providing the best care for his patients taking into consideration your unique issues. I can highly recommend him!

I’ve had the good fortune to have Dr. Brideau as my primary care physician for almost 20 years. I have always appreciated his non-rushed approach to appointments; never have I felt that he was in a hurry to get me out of his office and on to the next patient. He takes whatever time is necessary to fully review my concerns and offers insights into preventive steps I can take to maintain good health. His practice is highly diverse, and he’s treated issues that normally would require me to seek out other doctors; in addition to my annual physicals, he has treated gynecological issues, performed a flex sigmoidoscopy, performed stress tests, and even removed skin lesions for me. When a treatment requires me to go outside his scope of practice, he is always helpful with referrals to other physicians. I have benefited greatly from having Dr. Brideau as my doctor and highly recommend him to anyone seeking primary care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brideau for over 20 years. He is a kind and caring physician who always takes time to answer my questions whether it be at the office or over email. He is always accommodating with appointments and makes me feel at ease no matter what the reason may be for my visit. I fully trust Dr. Brideau will all of my medical care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Primary Care Physician!!

Arrogant and lacking in clinical skills. Would not recommend.

After reading up about this doctor on the site I decided to call and make an appt because it showed he was taking new patients.... The receptionist said he had a $1500 annual fee just for the privilege of being his patient! What in the world is happening to America!?? Unbelievable... So much for the middle class.

Wonderful office! Of course they ask for your copay and insurance card when you check in-that's their job! They are a business after all. I love Dr B, he's caring and very knowledgeable, direct and no-nonsense, which I appreciate. I'm sad he's not there much anymore, but he is doing good things for more patients at the hospital. All good!

Brideau's office called said Dr. Brideau wants to increase a dosage on a medication and where to have the perscription filled. I gave them the information and three weeks later and I still have not received the meds. Called and would be taken care of. A nother week no meds.

I was a patient for several years and recently left. Much of the senior office staff were rude, mistakes were repeated in providing referrals, they nickel and dime you on office fees and my specialists have given their business practices negative reviews. Worse though, the doctor tried to intercept test results from my specialist to get me in for special OBGYN checks that I don't see him for. My OBGYN rolled her eyes when she found out about what they wanted to call me in for and called them quacks. They also don't recommend specialists for follow-up like ear's, nose and throat. That's simply lazy and also smacks of getting kick backs from the insurance providers. The GP preferred to try several RX drugs before sending to a specialist, and then again, didn't recommend a doctor. I could no longer deal with this practice due to lost respect. I also found it unbelievable that they would dare to call me in for unecessary GYN appointments and that doesn't speak to trying to usurp my specialist's perview.

I have been seeing Dr. Brideau for many years and recommend him highly.

Asked diabetic questions. Things I have seen in diabetic magazines in his office. He said those things have not been proven to help. In the magazine says just the opposite. I've asked many other questions about test results when some one calls with results. Have a very hard time getting answers over the phone about test results. Example Cholestrol numbers. I was told there is a problem but I don't need to see the doctor. Take Omaga 3 Still don't know the numbers. Also charges $25 for insurance faxed percriptions. Said doesn't have staff or time to pull records to ok and fill faxed orders from renewing medacation orders from insurance co.
