I have been seeing Dr Nicholson for 10 years, and she has been crucial to getting relief from my psoriatic arthritis pain. She is unfailingly warm, attentive and professional. I have had many interactions with the staff for appointments, labs, and records. They are always accessible and helpful. I would be doubtful about any negative reviews.

My appointment experience was great, but I have been trying to get in contact with the office for three weeks now to get an update about my blood work. They are never available.

My cousin is too kind and sweet to write a review from her horrible experience with Dr Dorothy Nicholson. If you believe in human decency do NOT go see Dorothy Nicholson. My cousin has been fighting two very serious injuries for the past 2 years and with that has gained some weight which is normal for the injuries and surgeries she has had. Dorothy had the audacity to use the term “fat” when speaking with my cousin during her visit…that language is absolutely unacceptable for a medical professional and a WOMEN medical professional AT THAT. Then proceeded to give her unhealthy weight lose goals. Dorothy Nicholson I would seriously consider hanging up the hat. Absolutely appalled.

Did not make an appointment. I tried to ask some questions and describe my symptoms and they hung up on me. Right in the middle of a sentence they said, "OK have a good day" and hung up.

Tried to make an appointment at this office and was refused because I had two insurances, one of which they didn’t accept. The other they did. But because they didn’t accept my secondary, they refused to book me although they accepted my primary. Absolutely made no sense. Glad I didn’t get an appointment if this is how the office is ran. Absolutely nuts.

I saw Dr. Nicholson twice in October 2019. Although she was somewhat helpful, I was bothered by the fact that when I asked questions, she provided mostly one or two word answers while typing on her tablet most of the time. Her behavior made me feel like my presence in her office and my questions about my condition were an inconvenience to her. I have since found a new rheumatologist who looks me in the eye and answers my questions thoughtfully. I am glad I found a different doctor.

Dr. Nicholson is excellent, she is well versed in her specialty of arthritis. She has a excellent manner and she considers all options for your wellbeing. I highly recommend Dr. Nicholson.
