When I first came to the program, I was very depressed and anxious, along with other things. Overtime, I got to learn a lot of skills to help me cope with stress and triggers, and felt connected to the group therapist and group peers! When I finished the program, I felt like myself again, more confident and a little more at ease. The group therapists did an amazing job facilitating a safe, open environment, which is essential for group therapy, especially if you’ve never been in those kinds of sessions before. I highly recommend giving this care center in Alexandria a try!

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. Was suicidal fresh out the hospital and with the sandstone I found hope and strength in myself again. Bi-Polar ADHD and alcoholic in recovery attesting to the quality care show by the program and staff. Multiple different interactive ways of learning new ideas and coping mechanisms for all learning styles. Diverse staff and support as well. So if you’re in a deep dark place or if you just feel like now is time to get you some help, don’t hesitate my friend. You’ll thank yourself later for giving them a call. God bless it was an honor.
