This office is terrible with communication and is playing with people’s health by not properly scheduling them for further assistance. I’ve been waiting 5 weeks to hear from a surgical coordinator which I’m told there’s only one person doing the job for several facilities. However, when you call the person transfers you to the surgical department and the automation lists 4 people all whom never answer but you have to leave a voicemail. Matters of my condition have unfortunately progress and they could not care any less than already have been. These are unprofessional tactics and I would not recommend this facility to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Dr Wong is excellent in every way He is an excellent diagnostician He is very kind and helpful I had kidney stones He made a horrible experience by using his expertise to get rid of the stones. I am forever grateful to him

He applied UroLift to lift my prostate to improve my frequent urination. He did it in his clinic with inadequate anesthesia. The excruciating process might have been worthwhile if it had worked. It did not! Months later, I still get up 2 to 5 times a night to urinate. Be warned and go elsewhere.

It is obvious Potomac Urology recruits the best physicians. Dr. Wong presented a detailed explanation of the prostate biopsy to include both risks and benefits. On that day he partnered with anesthesiologist "Dr. Mark"(?) and all I remember is going to sleep after a few jokes and waking up. There was absolutely no pain and no visible postoperative bleeding. I returned to my jogging regimen within 4 days after the procedure.

Dr. Wong is excellent in all respects! He explained the prostate biopsy in detail and the risks involved. I opted for the general anesthetic with "Dr. Mark"(?). I simply fell asleep and that was it. Very experienced, good-natured team. There was no visible bleeding after the procedure and I was able to continue my jogging regimen within 4 days after the procedure.

Uniformed, gives erroneous phone numbers for a call back. After finding correct number the office will not accept call backs even though they were the one whom requested it

No nonsense kind of Dr. Very knowledgeable and great communication skills with superb bedside manners. Neat and clean operatory with very friendly support staff.
