She is knowledgeable and does not bs you. She is really great. Got my issues under control with tough love and great teaching. She is fantastic.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jha for several years now for thyroid disorder. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and takes the time to clearly explain things to me and answer my questions. I’m very pleased with the patient care she has provided me.

Superior service all the way around. Little or no wait times; efficient and interested nursing and office staff; Dr. Jha was superb! She took the time to listen to me, explained everything thoroughly and in lay terms. She ordered a few tests for confirmation purposes, and she wrote an extensive and accurate note in MyChart. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing endocrinology services.

Very helpful also listened to my concerns. reason for 4 stars is I do not have the time to call 3 to 4 times to talk with a staff member about lab results , or schedule an appointment, when someone returns my call, I am also busy with clients or not available at that time to speak with them... I do not feel leaving a message and we will call u back works for me , or many others.

I have been coming to the doctor for the past four years and I had really bad experience today I was running late for eight minutes I got to the front desk and everything was fine then they as the doctor and she refused to see me because I was eight minutes late and asked me to reschedule my appointment and they say they also have lost my results very unprofessional I’m coming from 45 minutes drive and she still did not took me because I was late and also they need lab work when they say they don’t have my recent lab work wish I had been coming there to get it done very extreme situation wish make me really sad that she even then nine to see me when she haven’t seen me for over a year because that was the treatment done and I needed to update it

Terrible! Doesn't listen and doesn't know about thyroid disease specifically Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Also doesn't know about diabetes. Needs training.

I had a great experience with Dr Jha. She listened to my concerns and was able to get to the root cause of my illness. All of the other Drs I have seen for outside testing and procedures have spoken very highly of her. I would highly recommend her.

my father has been seeing Dr Jha for few years now, he always paid his bills on time and never had a balance. He had met his deductable and maxed out his benefits. He was charged a $82.15 copay for a service 11/11/16 which he should not have had. I contacted the billing office multiple times and each time the employee was rude and unprofessional. I asked for the Dr office phone number and Kiana said she didn't have that. This bill was sent to COLLECTIONS on 12/16/16 with in less then a month. I contacted the collections office and they kept telling me to contact the billing office that theres nothing they can do. I contacted billing office again and again no help from the rude employee Kiana! i asked for the office fax and she wouldn't provide that to me. As the calls are recorded someone should actually listen to the call and see how rude your employees are. I need his account out of collections and to be contacted asap by Dr Jha's office asap to fix this issue since no one seems to be able to provide any phone number.
