Recently I have had many episodes of SVT and was referred to Dr Ilkhanoff. From the first visit, I was impressed with him and his entire staff. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining everything about my condition and the options. I decided to have an ablation and can not say enough about how professional and competent Dr Ilkhanoff is. He has a calm demeanor which put me at ease during a very stressful time. He updated my daughter in the waiting room right after my procedure and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him! His staff is very polite and I never had to wait more than five minutes. Very efficient.

Dr. Ilkhanoff listens to everything you say. He truly gives you time and never rushes your appt with him. If necessary he personally calls you at home to discuss any problems and solutions. He is a physician that cares about his patients. As I said previously he is the BEST cardiologist I have ever had and I have had several.

OUTSTANDING HUMAN BEING. Dr. ilkhanoff has been my cardiologist for 2.5 years. I was admitted to INOVA Fairfax hospital after falling asleep while driving. Dr. I has been trying to determine the reason diligently since that time. He quickly had me fitted with a Reveal LinQ which remotely monitors every beat of my heart. I have atrial fibrillation and was out of synch much of the time after the accident. Dr. i invested a lot of time in my case finally getting me stabilized with medication.

Dr. Ilkanoff spent considerably more then 5-8 minutes , normal for other Doctors, in giving a fully thoughtful assessment of my very serious medical condition. Dr. Ilkhanoff focused on the totality of possible causes; most effective manner to proceed; and most importantly, any thoughts or concerns that I had; as well as seeking input from other Doctors, past or present, having medical information that might be relevant. Highly recommend if your looking for a truly competent and caring Dr.
