I had the FUE transplant completed on 3/29/23 and the team (Josh, Monique, Aya, and Dr. Kaur) were AMAZING! From the consultation to the next day post op, they were patient, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They didn’t rush any parts of the process and discussed all steps in length while answering all of my questions, which were a lot! I’m looking forward to my 2 week follow up with the team and seeing the process of results.

I had a transplant done at another location in virginia that ended up being performed under very sketchy circumstances. Being lied to, mistreated and mislead. Everything from the consultation to the procedure itself ended up being a lie. I ran into the owner of Maxim by sheer luck and what a blessing it was. He took the time to talk to with me about what I experienced and had me meet with his team in Alexandria. Josh, who is fantastic has been performing transplants for 13 years. He spent 45 minutes examining me. Donor area, recepiant area, everything. I was told to follow up with them in 6 weeks and that he would personally look st my photos to prevent me from having to drive 3 hours for each appointment. These are good people, who actually care about you. If you're looking for honesty I would start here. I wish I would have.

I should've done this sooner. I had a 1500 graft FUE procedure. The Maxim staff & providers are courteous & professional & the office & procedure room are clean & well maintained. My procedure went smoothly and the providers & staff explained post op instructions clearly and also sent me home with easy to follow instructions for each week/month of healing. With in the first few days post op I was worried that I'd made a mistake but I strictly stuck to the instructions & at 6 months post op I'm really happy I did it & the results are great.

I went in for an FUE procedure a couple days ago, and my experience from beginning to end was great. It was a long day, but Dr. Josh, technicians Aya and Rachel, and Dr. Jasmein made it extremely comfortable and welcoming. My initial consultation a couple months ago really sealed the deal for me. Dr. Jasmein laid out all the facts, all of my options, and really took the time to understand what results I wanted to achieve. She made this entire process and team feel very trustworthy, which was a big factor on my decision. Dr. Josh and technicians Aya and Rachel made the entire day relaxing, always talking through exactly what was going on, how the process was going, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. I'm only a couple days post-op, but I feel confident that my results will be just what I was looking for. I would recommend this team to anyone considering getting a hair transplant. At the minimum, take advantage of the free consultation - it's not gimmicky, it's not a sales pitch, and it will answer all the questions you have. I couldn't be happier with my experience up to this point.

I had a great experience doing an FUE transplant at Maxim. I initially met with Joseph Hart and Jessie to do my consultation and Joseph was extremely informative in terms of how the procedure works, what to expect, and also the risks to consider. In terms of the procedure itself, the team that took care of me included Rhonda and Kristi (lead providers) and Alma, Aya, Maria, and Monique as techs. I was greeted warmly by Jasmine the patient coordinator and she helped me with some of the initial forms that I needed to complete. Rhonda and Kristi were great in terms of helping me design the beard outline itself. They helped me create something that worked for my face uniquely and also set realistic expectations about what to get out of an initial procedure. They both had great energy and I felt like I was among team of people who knew their craft well. They were focused on making the beard outline as natural as possible, conscious of angular placement of the hairs, etc. The techs (Alma, Aya, Maria, Monique) did the follicle placement after Rhonda and Kristi harvested and created the punctures in my facial area. They were efficient, kept me at ease, and invested in what they were doing. What I admire about this team is that they also clearly looked like they were having fun in the process, they are passionate about what they do. I walked away happy with my result and look forward to how it grows out over the next several months. Would feel 100% comfortable recommending this place to others. Feel lucky to have run into a team that worked this well together and was invested in me coming away with something I was happy with. Big win.

Had a great experience at MAXIM. Recently had PDO threads and micro needling. Staff were extremely professional and polite. They ensured my visit went well and I was very pleased with the service.

Recently had my FUE restoration surgery done in November 2021. The procedure went well and visibly noticing strong results. The staff was amazing from the start from making sure I understood my options and ideal end state to post hair care. During surgery, things went smoothly - the team’s was excellent with minimum discomfort. I highly recommend this location and team if you are considering hair restoration. You will not regret it!
