Mohammed Tarek Orfaly Md's Online Review Report Card

I scheduled weeks in advance as a new patient with Dr. Mohammed Tarek Orfaly, MD. My upcoming appointment was canceled one business day before my appointment with no explanation via email. . I called the office of Dr. Mohammed Tarek Orfaly, MD. I was kind with my approach via phone since things do happen. My impression after the call is the office is dysfunctional. I was not given an alternative in order to properly address the purpose of my visit as a patient. The silver lining is that I know this is not the practice for me.

After explaining my symptoms he told me “he doesn’t buy it” as if I was faking things. This is not how a doctor should roll yo a patient!

I have been suffering from reoccurring sinus infections for years. I have been to three ENT doctors for opinions and I have to say my initial consultation with Dr. Orfaly couldn't have been better. Dr. Orfaly has excellent beside matter and explained everything in words that made it easy for me to understand. He took his time to explain my CT scan and we decided surgery is the best route for me. I had visited two previous ENT doctor's in the area and was not impressed, I felt rushed and just didn't feel comfortable. Today I spoke to Joana Dr. Orfaly surgical coordinator and scheduled surgery for April. I will update my review after surgery.

Very caring doctor. Did not feel rushed at all during the consult. Did a thorough examine of all ENT regions - not just the issue I was being seen for.

This place is so professional. I had a complain before about the front desk. Ms. Maria, the office manager, is super nice and cooperative. She was so concerned about my pain, and she schedule an immediate appointment for me with the best doctor at all, Dr. Orfaly. All my friends and their kids are his patients and they all are so satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this place.

Another great doc at Metropolitan ENT. I have seen Dr. Orfaly when Dr. Abidin and Dr. Saidi were unavailable. He is patient, calm, maybe a little technical when working with a patient. He compliments the other doctors in the shop well. I've watched him consult with the other docs when they're stumped to develop a strategy. If Dr. Mike or Dr. Saidi are not doing it for you, I recommend you try Dr. Orfaly.

Dr. Orfaly was outstanding. We had visited at least three other ENTs in the past without solving the problem with my wife's ears. He was very patient, courteous, and knew exactly what to try. I would encourage anyone looking for a good ENT doctor to see him.

Dr Orfaly is a great doctor who is very knowledgeable and made me feel like he understood my issues and took his time listening to my particular situation. Although I think the doctor himself was great I can not say the same about the rest of the staff. I almost did not follow through with the appointment because of the rude receptionist who made the appointment, and when I arrived I was treated poorly by the front desk staff. After my appointment I called with a question and again was treated disrespectfully and actually just hung up and called my insurance company to figure out the bill. ??????????‘S for the doctor and half a ?? for office staff
