Second time the doctor has over 30 minutes late to a virtual appointment. This time, I call after 30 minutes of waiting to be told, “sorry she’s running late”. On a morning appointment? It’s quite silly. It’s a shame I need to see a doctor to get the vital prescriptions I need to live. I’ll be finding another doctor shortly.

dr Davydov literally wasted my time and my money. They allowed me to have my appointment virtually, then decided to have my second appt in person which was 1.5 hours away. It was an inconvenience but I did it anyway, because I needed answers. Only for her to tell me “I’m fine” and the 2nd appointment was a waste of my time and my money. The info she told me, she could’ve told me at my first appt but chose not to. I will never return or recommend her services to anyone else. They just want money. They do not care.
Very thorough and explained everything I needed to know well, answering all my questions. I really feel confident in her treatment plan for me.
really disappointed with this endocrinologist's handling of Type 1 diabetes. Bloodwork done 6 months ago, but received no callback regarding A1C levels, the most important measurement in diabetes. At this visit, they didn't have a record of bloodwork, didn't do more, so still no info on A1C. I understand the need for social distancing, but she performed NO physical exam on either visit. Standard diabetic care is a head to toe physical exam (including but not limited to examination of hands, feet, teeth, using stethoscope to assess the heart, checking for tumors, checking for tingling of hands and feet), urine and blood samples for lab work to address kidney function, cholesterol levels, and other issues affecting diabetics. Needless to say, won't be going back here.
I wanted to visit Dr. Davydov, but her office seems very disorganized. I called about four times to make an appointment. I left my name and phone number and no one ever called back. Another time I called and was put on hold for over six minutes. I am sure it would have been longer, but I hung up. If you put me on hold I expect someone to pickup in a couple of minutes to either speak with me or to tell me they would have to call me back. They did not have any music playing or a message telling you how long of a wait it might be. This does not seem to be a well run office. Think about it before making an appointment. Your records, prescriptions, or other important information may be mixed up or never delivered. Beware!
Really mess up, I would never go back to her ever
I visited Dr. Davydov's office to set up an new patient appointment and the staff was very professional. I was offered an in office or an online telehealth appointment. I chose the online appointment and was very pleased with the level and detail of her questions and her quick follow up after the lab results came back. I would highly recommend Dr. Davydov to any diabetes patients.
Dr. Davydov is an excellent, caring Doctor. She listens to her patients and provides them excellent care. I am extremely happy to have her as my Endocrinologist.
I won't be able to provide feedback on Dr. Davydov herself because I cancelled my appointment. The receptionist called me back to back 3 times while I was at work. On the third call, I answered thinking that there was an emergency with a loved one. Instead, I answered the phone to be told that I had not sent any labs or ultrasounds-- I was never told to send in any documentation. The receptionist belittled me and asked me to send ASAP. As it is a work day, I told her I was unable to do so especially as it was the day of the appointment. Because of her rudeness, I decided to cancel my appointment. She expressed no remorse. I'll be looking for a new endocrinologist now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
