Great experience at the clinic itself however what was quoted and what was actually bills are two separate things. They will quote you one price for the “entire” procedure however turns out that’s just the facility fee. You will then get additional bills from other service providers for hundreds/thousands more that were not discussed or presented in advance. It’s deceptive but apparently legal. So just be prepared for additional charges from them once all work is complete.

The office is a money mill with all customer service, quality, and attention cut to less than bare bones. Visiting the office, one would think some great plague or natural catastrophe has occurred, because crowds of people have so filled the office that a line extends down the hall and even to the stairwell. You can't sit inside to wait because of the bodies and the awful heat. The staff, embattled, have a station model set up to deal with clearly thousands of patients, quadruple booked every 15 minutes. I was forcefully told to arrive 15 minutes early. I was seen 1.5 hours late. The doctor came in, glanced at me, and the visit was over in under 5 minutes. Cannot speak poorly enough of every facet of this clinic. They're barely skating the lines of ethics and requirements to bill insurance for the 20 visits they book per hour- barely.

As a new patient, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the administration staff when I arrived and signed in. The staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Wong listened as I described my symptoms and how I was feeling.
