It takes forever to schedule an appointment .this is ridiculous !!!

The doctors are incredible but the front office will drive you insane. On average you will wait on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to someone about scheduling an appointment.

Extremely rude front desk. I asked how late is the doctor runing as was over 25 minutes over my appointment time and her response was maybe 20 minutes. I replayed is quite unacceptable to be so late and she told me I can tell that to the doctor not to her, that's not her problem. Anyway 50 min later I get in and informed the doctor how rude that front staff is and that beeing over 10-15 minutes and not beeing advised that they are late in a polite way is lot. His replayed was that I should organize 2-3 hours when I come in for a annual as you know we might run late. Why should I block away half of a work day for a 20 minutes medical visit? Why a well educated person ( doctor) can not organize properly their calendar and train they staff to be polite. I expressed that the minimum the front desk person can do is telling the patients when they come in " sorry the doctor is x amount of time behind " so if you need the bathroom or go grab some water at least you can do that instead of siting there for who know how long. One of the few doctors I have never felt rushed by. She asks a lot of questions to learn more about your physical health, preventative health, and mental health. Because she's so great, sometimes need to wait a bit for an appointment but she's great for my yearly checkup!

RUDE front desk receptionist. and took extremely long for results- delayed responses and follow up. I had to call multiple times to get a response/results. horrible communication and they screen all calls. BWARE OF "DR.TAYLOR" HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! condescending nasty attitude

Dr. Taylor is an outstanding family practitioner who goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are seen and heard. We are no longer reluctant to visit the doctor's office when we need to. She is dedicated to developing wholistic care plans tailored to the needs of her patients. She is professional, personable, detail-oriented and thorough. When I get test results she will hunt me down to go over them. LOL. That’s a sign of a caring doctor. She’s quite open minded and very supportive. Takes a lot of time with me…answers questions. As with any doctor, if you are experiencing a rare symptom, you might have to explain a little but I find that we hack away at things as a team. In fact, I have found this practice in general to be quite good.

While we were very uncomfortable having to leave our primary care physician when we moved, my wife and I have been extremely happy with Dr. Taylor in the three years that we have been seeing her. She is more than competent, very caring, listens well, and thinks about her patient's well-being and that of their family members at all times. Her questions are probing and thoughtful and she has always thoroughly reviewed the records prior to coming into the examining room. She is prompt and reliably takes care of record transfers for surgical issues as needed. Her referrals have always been effective in meeting our specialist needs. We can not say enough about putting our trust in Dr. Taylor and her staff to take care of our basic health care and more! Dr Taylor is the first physician I have see in a long time who doesn’t watch the clock. She spends as much time as needed to attend to my concerns.

Staff refused to honor my appointment after their scheduling mistake. I had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment in the first place. If you dare to attempt to see this doctor, you may want to call to confirm your appointment for several days prior.
