Have been a patient of dr Hally for twelve years. Always very professional. Have always felt comfortable with him in his diagnoses and treatment. Was shocked the first time he called me about my test results. Rarely if ever have I had a dr call me at my home. Very attentive and have really appreciated the attention he has given me as his patient. Great doctor.

Dr. Hally did a complete medical exam and diagnosis of my abdominal pain. It had lasted 3 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Hally for his knowledge, skill and compassion. He was an excellent listener and he took the time to respond to all my questions.

Dr. Hally is a vary good Gastroenterologist. He’s personable and professional. His office has been vary considerate to myself and all other patients that I have been around to see. His CFNP Beth Bankers is the same and a great compliment to the doctor. I live about 45 min from their office but I believe if you find a good doctor then drive !

I have BCBS (primary) and Tricare (secondary). The office is listed as accepting new patients in both insurances but they REFUSE to accept new Tricare patients, period. This is unacceptable and unprofessional since they will get their BCBS contract payment regardless of whether Tricare pays or not. I called both insurances and confirmed that the status of the practice. They are under contract as in-network providers accepting new patients in both insurance plans but they refuse to accept patients that served in our military forces and risked their lives for our country...... To be clear, I have no experience with the doctor himself, I've heard good things about the office but I can't get an appointment.

The office and doctor are thieves. The doctor is incomeptent and on top of that recommends test that are 100% patient's responsibility. I stopped going to this doctor because he was incompetent, after so many visits he was not able to diagnose my issue. Now few months later I received a bill for the breath test that he advised. The doctor choose the breath test provider and the kit was picked up from his office. Not once did the doctor or its office informed me that the breath test provider is out-of-network and you will or might be responsible for 100% payment. Every other doctor that I have been to, have always asked me to confirm with my insurance if certain procedures are covered or not. But here the company they choose to perform breath test is out-of-network, whereas the doctor is in-network. I would advice people to avoid this doctor because of deceptive business practice and to avoid surprise bills. The office staff and the doctor are incompetent and rude.

Dr. Halley highly recommended. But so far customer service lacking. Making an appointment is ridiculously difficult. Be prepared to wait on hold 20+ mins. Can't do it on internet. Can't do it on weekends. Next I will drive to office and try doing it that way. Sad.

I have been seeing Dr. Hally for about 20 years, so obviously I like him; however I will not be returning due to the deplorable front staff. My personal information was discussed in the waiting room with other patients able to hear. This is a HIIPA violation of course but the humiliation I felt was much worse than that. If a good doctor is your goal and you don't mind a horrible staff, by all means please go there. After my long history I won't be returning to be embarrassed by this dreadful staff. A shame really to have good doctors reduced to such a state by their staff. I would give Dr. Hally at least four stars but due to the staff in his office I will say one star and would give none if it was an option.

The atmosphere and professionalism starts at the top. Dr. Hally and his support team are top flight. From making an appointment, to the greeting, then the intake, Dr. Hally, and lastly making an appointment for any procedures. Thank you.

Wow! I was impressed with the staff at GI Endoscopy of NoVA. Mary was extremely helpful getting me ready (IV inserted, explanation of what was going to happen next, talked to me about life when I was in the Navy!) Then Dr. Lesko, the Anesthesiologist, personally came and got me to walk me back to the room for my colonoscopy. He explained what he was going to do. Then, Dr. Hally came right to the bedside and talked to me, answered my questions and smiled. After, Nicole (RN) was like an angel.
