The receptionist cancelled my appointment without telling me since I was a new patient after I drove 45 minutes to arrive. Horrible staff with disrespect for patients and their time. Decided to go to a different doctor

Doctor Anderson is excellent! I saw him twice for problems with my feet brought on by a lot of running. Besides pain in one foot, I had a bacterial infection in two of my toenails in the other foot that didn't clear up with antibiotics prescribed by my NP. He gave me some pads and shoe inserts to try that he said might alleviate some of the pain I was experiencing. He also ordered an x-ray of one of my feet. At a follow-up appointment, he went over it with me and explained very clearly what is going on with my foot. He is so very nice, too. He explains things clearly, he's kind, and he's efficient. I didn't have a long wait and was done with the whole visit in well under an hour. I'd previously seen a sports medicine podiatrist who was awful so I'm so glad I found Dr. Anderson.

I had heard horror stories about getting neglected toenails clipped; therefore I was very nervous before my visit. Dr. Rudolph Anderson and his staff calmed me down and assured me that all would be well - and they were RIGHT! It was actually a pleasant experience and my nails were painlessly trimmed in no time! Looking forward to my follow-up appointment in 3 months!

Dr. Anderson seemed kind and competent. His staff was another matter. Why it took two weeks to fulfill my toe nail fungus medicine is beyond me. Then they blamed it on my pharmacy, who had called me immediately and said it would be $1,000. I called them on a Friday, they said the doctor wasn't in, they could do nothing. Isn't nail fungus a common malady for podiatrists? Then I was eight minutes late for a second appointment, I was told the doctor could not see me, to come back in a week. I give the staff a F.

Dr. Anderson is an outstanding doctor. He is very caring and works with you on a solution. I was amazed as to how quickly I healed after major foot surgery less than a year ago. Thank you Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson and Presilla took such good care of me. As previous comments have stated, they had excellent bedside manner and compassion. Dr. Anderson explained my plan of care and described what he was doing throughout all of my treatments. I would recommend him to friends and family and have already referred some co-workers!
