I believe they are more interested in making money then actually helping. I moved out of the area and tried to continue getting help and it did not work. A 5 minute zoom call costs 250 I only did it to try to keep my prescription. After all that I at least tried to get my dog as an emotional support dog so she could assist with my anxiety and was told no because it didn’t fit my “course of treatment”. Highly don’t recommend

Dr. Shugarman has been treating my wife who has Federal Blue Cross/Shield and Medicare for quite some time now. He does the filing, is compassionate and makes things easy for her.

we were told since we have medicare and blue cross fed he wont c us. because he did not opt in or out of medicare this is bull shit have been to shrinks the same and you know what they take cashj and then we file. maybe AMA should here vrom me ot the American psychiatric Assn needs to hear or my congressman Jamie Raskin who has helped me out several times. we need help

Kristin Harkins is a wonderful therapist! I was initially hesitant about therapy, but now I'm so glad I decided to give it a try. Kristin is a great listener, wise, compassionate and has a great instinct to know when and how to point out at a specific aspect in order to help you heal and grow. I have come such a long way in a few months thanks to Kristin's guidance.

Kristin Harkins is by far the most compassionate and caring therapist that I have ever seen. I appreciate her mind, body, spirit approach to counseling which has really helped me to take a broad look at what healing and self care means for me. This year I have been able to make a lot of progress towards healing and it wouldn't have been possible without her help. I will always be grateful.

Working with Dr Shugarman has been such a great experience. He's always professional and provides great feedback when I see him. On top of that he is very flexible when it comes scheduling our next appointment which has always been difficult with other doctors. I would recommend him to anyone.
