I wish I could give no stars. The most unhelpful office staff ever! They gave me a run around for two days to make my first appointment. They lost my fax, blatelently lied to me about it, put me on a 45 min hold; and made me call my insurance to confirm coverage. I hope they don't treat their existing patients the same way. This doctor supposedly has a great reputation, hopefully, his staff is not going to destroy his business. There are other good doctors out there. Definitely not worth the hassle. My Dr sent me to him after finding several places throughout my body and he left nothing out when it came to testing and making sure I was okay . His staff and he always make me feel cared about when I get there and are very kind !!

He’s very caring he leaves no stone unturned when checking you out to make sure your getting the care you need .His staff is warm and caring also and each time I walk in that door I know I’m in good hands !

Dr Caffey is very busy but does his best to provide the high level of personal care indicated in the glowing reviews on this and other sites. He and his staff are experienced, professional, and work together to provide an office environment that is more homey than clinical. As an example, a number of patients have donated leather recliners to sit back and relax while receiving therapy/infusions. Dr Caffey even gave me a much needed hug at the end of a recent office visit. They welcome feedback and respond appropriately. 3 1/2 years after being diagnosed with colon cancer, I continue with regular chemo treatments. Dr. Caffey's warm personality and expert medical experience has brought a calm to the way I'm handling my health. I have nothing but gratitude for Dr. Caffey, his nurses, and office staff. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. At the time, the only thing I was thinking about was how long I would be able to live for my children. When I was introduced to Dr. Caffey, I felt as if I have found my savior. He is very professional, knowledgeable, very caring towards his patients, and kind. His staff and nurses are wonderful and kind like him. He is one of the best oncologists, and I am lucky that he is my doctor through this tragic and difficult times.
