Dr Buenaventura is amazing. I had a breast reduction last year. I had no pain , the office staff both pre and post surgery were amazing!!!!!! She is the most impressive physician I have ever met! I adore her and I love love love the outcome of my surgery. Dianna Dresser-Heckman

My first appointment with Dr. Buenaventura occurred in August, 2006 and I was beyond satisfied with Dr. B's professionalism, kindness, and her genuinely caring attitude. The same qualities reigned with her staff as well. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. I also received highest compliments resulting from my surgery from other medical professionals. My second (major) appointment in September, 2019 was much like a family reunion. Again, Dr. B and her staff exemplified the SAME true professionalism , kindness, and compassion. Once again, the results of my surgery were the VERY best. I would highly recommend Dr. Buenaventura to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery.

Honestly, Dr.Buenaventura and her staff are the best of the best! My experience so far has been excellent w/no complaints. Dr. B is the epitome for other physicians to follow. She is interpersonable, caring and understanding. I am happy with my results from my adminoplasty-- it looks amazing!! I "highly-highly" recommend her. Please follow her directions too, this is critical and "your" responsibility-- it helps to keep up with your amazing results. Dr. B is a true professional! She is compassionate about helping others. She is phenomenal!

I love the Sendi Center! The office is always punctual and the staff is attentive and patient. They never “push” services. Anne is the best!

Tried to go for a consultation (which was going to cost $125). Unfriendly woman at the window said I had to let them copy my ID and fill out forms first including insurance information, social security number, multiple releases (mind you this was just for a consultation and if I had any procedures it would be paid for by me completely out of pocket, no insurance applied). The first rule of protection against identity theft is never let anyone copy your ID - she said it had to be done. NOT true (if I came back they could see it each time if they needed to). I didn't mind filling out a health history, but when I questioned 10 pages of non-applicable forms she told me if I didn't fill them all out (including an unlimited info release to anyone the doctor chose - and agreeing to pay outrageous collection and legal fees) then I couldn't see the doctor (mind you this was just for a consultation that was going to cost me $125). I left. Pretty lousy customer service and attitude. I'll find a doctor who does better with both. Wasted 2 hours of sick leave to make the trip.

My mother recently underwent earlobe reconstruction surgery as one of her earlobes was fully torn. The end product turned out to be even better than expected! There was absolutely no scarring, and her earlobe looked like it had never been operated on. Dr. Buenaventura also re-pierced my mother's ears successfully, really exceeding our expectations. She is very kind and attentive to each of her patients needs, as well as her staff. We highly recommend Dr. Buenaventura and her practice!
