List of Tiffany J Pan Md's Reviews
Dr. Pan performed carpal tunnel release surgery on both my hands last year. Yesterday was a follow up visit to address a related issue with R.A. a good visit all-around.
Dr. Pan was very thorough in diagnosing my issue. I would recommend her to anyone who needs orthopedic care. The office functions very efficiently as well. I like the ability to communicate via My Portal app as well.
She explained everything clearly and surgery went well without any problems. My finger after amputation has healed well!
Very professional, excellent service
Excellent experience with Dr Pan. She answered all of my questions in terms that I could easily understand.
Saw this provider as a new patient. Spent just five minutes with no exam yet proceeded to document a full exam in the note. Fraudulent and unethical. As an MD also, will not be referring any other patients to this doctor nor returning to this doctor. Bedside manner also left a lot to be desired.
Bad experience. Go elsewhere. My elderly mom had a massive stroke and needs hand, wrist, and elbow pain relief. I called to confirm everything and when you call, you reach a call center. I asked them to contact the Springfield location and make sure they can accommodate a stretcher since my mom is immobile (which I told them will cost me $517 out of pocket to get her there) and that I was looking for Botox treatment to help relieve her symptoms. I specifically asked if they could treat her on the same visit as the consult. She told me that someone from Dr. Pan's care team would call me shortly. I thanked her and said I would wait for the call. Two days go by and I never received a call. I show up to my appointment to see Dr. Pan and find out they don't do botox there and that we need to see a neurologist. A complete waste of $517, insurance money, and having to transport my mom and put her through such a stressful situation for no return. They had no compassion or concern for the situation, in fact, the nurses station near the check out desk mocked me because I asked two questions. 1. Could they get me a copy of the x-rays we took today to give to a neurologist 2. Could they ask Dr. Pan for a referral for PT for my mother. I received both my requests, however I had to deal with rolling eyes and a sarcastic "any more questions?" with a smirk and a lady softly laughing to the left of her listening in. Dr. Pan herself seemed kind and her assistant was also kind they did try to refer me to a neurologist however I am unaware if they knew I called in advance or were even told to call me about my treatment question. I would not have come and wasted a months worth of saving up money to transport my mother if they just called me and told me they don't do Botox in their practice; since I was told I should be expecting a call, I don't find that unreasonable. They have lost business, four potential clients from my inner circle who will go elsewhere now in need of knee and shoulder recovery, and I will also blast my experience all over social media. The only reason I feel this place deserves one star is due to the pleasant and friendly front desk check in lady. If you want compassionate care and to be treated with respect go elsewhere."
Staff was warm, friendly, and prompt. Hearing my concerns and offering treatment.
Dr Pan was extremely attentive and informative, with a pleasant manner. She gave me good advice about a new type of hand brace, and the cortisone shot seems to be working already.
Professional, empathetic, not pedantic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
