Dr. Spitzer was okay on the virtual visit, but her order to come in the next day was countermanded because I disclosed I had diarrhea. I was sent to the local ER who refused me because I did not have Covid-19. The doctors do not run the practice. The administration does. Their billing is arbitrary and misleading. They ask you to consent to items that are not covered by insurance, just so they can bill you. Their billing system is archaic, and it is based in Atlanta. I had a medical records in 2017 that I am still waiting for. Customer service is poor and non-existent.
