His office staff never returns calls and will claim that they do. Receptionist is very rude. Also, the practice of any doctor not wanting to return the call of a patient is quite alarming. Does he feel that he is too high and mighty and too busy for his patients for a call back?

I highly recommend Dr. Kim to those who have cardio issues. He is very caring and helpful when answering questions. Dr. Kim also keeps informed on new drugs and procedures which have helped me live a better life after my hear attack.

My dad got heart surgery and needed help with his medical statement. He called and was trying his best to explain his concern and situation to the Korean-speaking female secretary. However, she got frustrated and told my dad that they are busy and she's hanging up. When I heard her hang up on my dad and hearing my dad desperately trying to get through to her, I COMPLETELY got disgusted by this business. No matter how frustrated a worker is, they should not treat a client like that. She spoke and understood Korean, my dad was explaining in Korean, she does not have any excuse to not be able to help him and assist him with his needs. I am disgusted by this business. This is a horrible way to run a health business when you hang up on an elderly man trying to get help with his medical statement.
