AMFM is a good fit if: - you don't want a highly regulated medical environment - you crave a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and pace to your days -you enjoy alone time -you want to focus on building simple daily routines -you are go-with-the-flow and don't mind if things don't go exactly according to schedule -you need time to explore a variety of hobbies to see what could bring joy back into your life AMFM might not be a good fit if: -you crave consistency and structure -changes in schedule make you crazy -have had a fair amount of therapy and are already very familiar with the basics of cbt/dbt/trauma-based therapies

AMFM was the best program i've been to and I have been to several . They really helped me discover who I was and wanted to be and I can confidently say that I am proud of who I have become because of AMFM.

I went here and got the support I needed. Feel so much better now and ready for my next steps. Only issue is low staff but they started fixing that as I was leaving. The CCs are kind and helpful and the rest of the staff helps alot

I did not attend, one of patients did. The referral process was straight forward and Liz, the clinical outreach rep, was fantastic. She was exceptionally available to answer all my, my patient's, and my patient's family's questions and walk us through the process. My patient had a positive experience while addressing their mental health.
