Dr Born has been my doctor and my adult autistic daughter's doctor for the past 4 years. Her approach with my daughter is perfect in both style and tone. As for me I find her very well informed, scientific in her approach and both pro-active and no nonsense yet caring. I highly recommend her!

We, (my family and I) consider Dr. Born as an amazing physician, very knowledge and very important, she has excellent human relations, allow you to ask all what you need to and she responds all the questions in a way that as a patience of any age can understand, also she is very good in following up. She looks for the solutions of the needs and treatment in the best interest of her patience. We are extremely happy to be her patients for 5 years now.

She is very dismissive and dispenses questionable - sometimes completely incorrect - medical advice. She makes up her mind about what's wrong, and if you say anything to the contrary she berates you to come up with your own diagnosis. If you point out her unprofessionalism, she tries to gaslight you and say you caused the problem or it didn't happen. She doesn't even listen to recommendations from her staff. She has incredibly poor people skills and needs training in respect, nutrition, and referrals to specialists. She doesn't know when she doesn't know something and should refer the patient to another doctor. There's nothing more dangerous to a patient than an ignorant or misinformed doctor who is completely confident in her misguided "diagnosis". The state medical board should look into her.

I saw Dr. Born when she was with Mount Vernon Internal Medicine. I have high regard for her and found her to be compassionate and professional. I was very sad to see her leave the practice.

Not a good Dr she was rush to see my Mom rumbling from chart trying to get the device. No manners obviously in business of making rather than patient carec.

As a military family, finding consistent medical care can be difficult. Dr. Born has been wonderful over the past year seeing my kids (mostly for well check ups) and me for some health issues. She knew I was in a tight bind with time and really worked well with me and the staff to get my prescriptions written and have me make my next appointment.
