Love Dr Granada but his office support staff never answers phone and rarely return calls in a timely matter. I expect a critical care Dr support staff to be more responsible and return calls by close of business or early the next morning.

I will say he is life saver for us my wife had severe lungs infection and she was unable to breath well and almost a week she suffered severe shortness of breath we went to ER all the blood works, CT Scan, Ultrasound, X Ray everything was cleared but no body figured it out whats wrong Doctor said go to pulmonologist I found DR. Granada he did her breath test and prescribed antibiotic now she is well. I hardly saw in my life this kind of gentle person very kind and very experienced May God Bless him. Dr. Granada is well-informed on the latest procedures and technologies and I have always felt confident that he cares about me as a person and wants the best for me. He has such a pleasant personality and bedside manner and no matter how sick I am, he never fails to make me smile, because he is always smiling. He is one of the few doctors I have ever had where i don't feel like just another patient on his list. It's clear that he is popular among his office staff and other patients as well.
