The office is new and very clean. The services of staff was excellent. Dr. Talreja has great bedside manners and very through in examination, this was my first visit and have several more appointment. Over all I was very pleased with Dr. Talreja and look forward to work with him.

Scheduled for Annandale location. Verified the day before. Showed up for appointment. Closed called and was told should have been at a different location. However they were able to accommodate and was able to proceed at Annandale.

Most things were fine, felt comfortable and felt the doctor was competent. Only issue was the scheduler was too busy to schedule our follow up appointments. My father is literally 100 years old, so lengthy office visits are not good. Some other patients waiting were commenting that the practice was over booking since their wait was so long. Dr. was nice, and professional. He answered all my questions so that I could understand. He described in details what procedures I had done. He explained my next procedure.

Dr. Banerjee is my favorite of all cardiologists. Caring and compassionate and willing to explain all problems and answer all questions.

I am also now being seen by Dr. Talreja, the Cardio Electrophysiologist of the Practice. He is very skilled and knowledgeable in this Specialty; and as usual, I appreciate the other medical staff in the Office, who help so much! My mom was referred to PREMIER CARDIAC AND VASCULAR Springfield (5411D Backlick Road, Suite 100 Springfield, VA 22151-4014 ) with Anita Banerjee MD FACC. She had 4 appointments and we had the worst experience in our lives with this providers. They scheduled so many people at the same time that you have to wait hours and hours in this facility. I understand some exams can take longer time, but not ALL the visits are like that. Every time we came the wait was at least for 2 hours when the appointment is really less than 20 minutes. They don’t care about the patience at all. Before coming here, I asked the receptionist if I could wait for my with my kids in the office and they don’t allowed it. So I had to wait outside for her( that’s understandable because of COVID-19). What it’s not understandable is that you have to wait 5 hours outside on the sun without an advise. They knew my mom can’t hear and doesn’t speak english well and I had to be on the phone with her to translate during the appointment. And never advised that she was supposed to diet before the test or that the test was gonna take more than 4 hours. Do you imagine how hard is to wait outside of her office with kids on this hot weather for 5 hours??? I called to complain and the receptionist said we have many patients waiting. I asked for her supervisor to complain and the supervisor told me first this test takes few hours, than she said 4 hours and it was on one of the papers. How hard is to advise your patience in advanced that she needs to diet and how long the test takes??? They only want your money and don’t care about you at all. They never mentioned me any of that in any of the previous appointments. They expect you to read and figure it out yourself. That’s how horrible they are. They are so unprofessional. We came at 9:00 am and left the office at 2:00 pm. If you get referred to this facility, I advise you to look for another one. My mom was there waiting and waiting for someone to check on her. Go to a different place, there are places that really care, time is priceless! Dr. Banerjee is very thorough. She explained everything to me and provided excellent care. She takes pride in her work. She and her staff are very friendly and caring. I would highly-recommend her to anyone who is looking for a superb cardiologist.

Horrible experience! the office employee who checked us in, checked us under the wrong name so after waiting 1.5 hrs went to see how long more just to find out she checked in a different person with sound alike last name! Took them another 1hr to get us in even though they made the error then in the examination room they confused us again with a different person. Took them 2 days to send a report to my Dr. after they said they will send it by the end of day, it was 2 end of days later right before they’re closed for a holiday and 6 calls to get them to send it. Dr. Banerjee never updated the medicine dosage as she recommended even after we called the office 2 times to remind them. Be ware and always check with your insurance how they are submitting their claims and what tests they are billing you for because they will give you wrong or incomplete info. as verified from our insurance provider.
