This is not a review of the doctor but of his front desk staff. I called trying to make an appointment for a consultation and two different women who answered kept interrupting when I was trying to ask about possible times and dates, talking over me, and then one shouted at me for trying to finish my question. I've made many medical appointments in my life and have never encountered anything like this unprofessionalism and rudeness. I'll make my appointment elsewhere.

There are three amazing things about Dr. Rao. One is that he listens intently, is compassionate and works hard to give you the results you want. Two is that he must have been a seamstress in his former life. The man can sew! I had a breast reduction and augmentation and a tummy tuck. My scars are gorgeous. Lastly and most importantly, Dr. Rao is an artist. What talent! I have the most gorgeous boobs in all of the world and the flattest tummy and narrow waist. Dr. Rao and I are going to be seeing a lot of each other as I grow older! Never will you feel more heard, confident, safe and gorgeous than when you are in the very talented hands of Dr. Rao.

Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable and did a great job in fixing my implants. He took time to talk about all the options and helped me to choose the right one.

Dr. Rao and team are absolutely incredible! I consulted with several surgeons before choosing Dr. Rao and I am so thankful I did. He removed my implants, did a lift and fat transfer and a mini tummy tuck. He fixed my DR from my two pregnancies and immediately fixed years of back pain. He has given me back my pre-mom body and after over a year after the surgery I’m still in awe with the incredible work that Dr. Rao and team has done. The team was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. The operating room was private and welcoming. They were incredible to work with and I HIGHLY recommended them!

Dr. Is very professional, experienced and not only a Doctor but an Artist!!!! I am very satisfied with the results of my procedure. I really trust Dr. Rao and his Team. I Highly recommend to first visit his practice before making any decisions.

I work for Inova Fairfax Hospital and When I decided that I was ready to start looking for a plastic surgeon for my procedure Dr. Rao was referred to me by 03 Doctors from the same Hospital. I scheduled my first appt. and met Laramie Practice Coordinator and Dr. Rao and I was impressed for all their knowledge and professionalism. Also the practice was very clean and all the staff very friendly. I left the practice with a plan in place. They never put pressure on me to make a decision instead I was the one who called Laramie who is great, very professional and very responsive with her emails to notify that I was ready for the next step. We set up an appt. for my Pre Op and that day I met with Alexis Lee - Pre Op Nurse, Doctor Rao and Laramie they explained the second part of the plan. Everything was very clear. They gave me all the instructions in writing, my prescriptions and the day of the surgery I was ready for my big change. When I arrived to the OR Mrs. Buffi Abdeen - Recovery Nurse welcomed us gave specific instructions to my husband and she walked me inside where she helped me get changed and explained each step. She is just great and made me feel wonderful I was not having that feeling of anxiety instead We were taking a lot until she introduce Dr. Jeremy the anesthesiologist and who gave me the confort that I needed. I asked him all the questions and he answered each one of them. He made me understand that I was going to be observed and monitored during the entire procedure with the best equipment and it was very important because there was no fear at all. After that I met with Dr. Rao, he talked to me again about the plan in place and then I was transferred to my bed. Jeremy made everything very smooth and easy to me, he is just great. After I woke up from the anesthesia Boffi was there by my side so Thanks again for been there with me all the time. It really means a lot to me. Also was part of my Surgical Team Tyler Chavez Dr Rao's assistant, Diana Altman - OR Nurse Supervisor and Patsy Hallagan OR Nurse. They were great and the following day I received 4 follow up call from them to see how I was doing. I just want to share with all that my Surgery went above my expectations. I am very happy with my results and the entire process and procedure. Thank you so much to everyone and if you are looking for quality service and experience Dr. Rao and his Team should be the first place to visit.

He will always enter the room with a warm greeting and smile. Positive energy! The staff at CPS was the best. They made my life easy by ensuring that my appointments and surgeries were scheduled and processed smoothly. The staff was pleasant, professional, and always greeted with a smile. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! Dr Rao really knows how to contour a woman’s body. My lipo and tummy tuck look so good and I know as the months go on it will only get better! The staff is wonderful & Dr. Rao is very friendly and really spends time talking with you and listening to your concerns. He gave me so much input on how he was going to shape my figure. I couldn’t be happier! Just go for it & make your appointment with Dr. Rao, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend Dr. Rao and his team, they are the utmost of professionals. I had a "mommy makeover" (drainless tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo of hips and back, and 520 cc breast augmentation (no lift)). The whole process... from consultation, my 'second guessing' appt, pre-op, and post-op has been nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Rao is a combination of caring, patient, and skillful. Also worth mentioning, his office manager Laramie is THE sweetest and all the nurses I met are fabulous. Seriously, dream team.
