Dr Azizi is rude, arrogant and down right degrading towards women. Stay as far away as possible. He refused to listen to me at all and instead decided what he thought was actually going on. Surprise, surprise, he was wrong. How does he even still have patients? I’d rate zero stars if I could.

Dr. Azizi was unbelievably rude and degrading. Talked down to me like I was a child just because I am a woman and wouldn’t listen to me. I felt like I was being yelled at the whole time and honestly couldn’t believe how rude he was. Please stay away from him.

I’d give zero stars if I could. He cares about one thing- making or saving the hospital money. I had a life threatening condition and he was more concerned with discharging me than reading my chart. Had no knowledge or empathy for my condition and spoke down to me simply because I’m female. My hematologist disagreed with his discharge recommendations and he went ahead anyway. Do not get admitted under his care!!

Dr. Azizi came see my father in the ICU at fairfax hospital. He was very negative and pushy about my fathers care and prognosis. There is a professional and human way to speak with patients and their families which he lacks.

Was admitted to inova fairfax after 2 episodes of blackouts due to a severe disc herniation impacting the sciatic nerve. I was transferred from the ER to the ward and received a nerve block shot the next day. I was still unable to stand nor walk but the doctor called my room and tells me 1) first off i should have been an outpatient 2) States that my insurance will deny my claims 3) when I give him details of what the orthopedic surgeon and PT reported on my case (to stay back at the ward) he says its not possible and a nursing home is best suited for me.And guess what, he's the doctor on call and when I ask him why not have a face to face discussion, he says its a Friday night. what do you expect ? :)It's a shame to have such so called Doctors who don't even read up case profiles before they interact. Inova is a world class hospital they better retain their class!
