Outstanding. Great results from surgery. I went to this practice at the advice of my gynecologist, and she was right to refer me. Besides outstanding expertise and skill, Dr. von Pechmann is extremely kind and respectful. He took great care to answer all questions and address fears. Without exception, nurses and staff are caring , respectful, and polite. They even took my own scheduling needs into account-- many doctors don't do that. Anyone who needs to address such issues would be fortunate to be a patient here.

Dr. Von Pechmann is an OK doctor but his office staff for 10+ years has to be the worst. I was once out of 5+ visits, 6 minutes late and was told my appointment would be canceled. However, I have waited well over an hour to see him. They charge $50 if you are late, but feel it's ok, for him to be over an hour late. In addition, I made my last appointment to be the first patient of the day to ensure there would be no excuses for him to be late. He was over 20 minutes late in arriving to the office! Again, he's an OK doctor but somehow both he and his staff feel their time is valuable and their patients time is not. Since I had to wait over an hour for one of my appointments and eventually had to go back to work without seeing him, they now owe me $50. It works both ways!

Excellent doctor very kind decent respectful, very accommodating. Listens to his patients and takes outstanding care of them. I am glad he is my doctor, I highly recommend him to anyone!!
