One of the most discriminative, discerning, haughty, self centered person. Will never recommend anyone to choose him as such doctors are fatal to the society. He will ask you to do tests from specific centers/hospitals only and if you dont do that he will give excuses and never advise an appropriate medication. Doctors like these are bacillus for the enviroment and their licenses should be taken away on priority.

After a few minutes looking at the x-rays, he diagnosed my mother with scarred tissues in her lungs and told our family to be prepare for life without her. He was 99% sure and said that the CAT scan is not needed but he'll order it makes us feel better. The CAT scan came back negative. He's extremely arrogant and his tone lack any compassion for the patient. Stay away from this "Dr." and Sentara Hospital in general.

After viewing my CAT scan and without benefit of a biopsy this Doctor determined that I had either lung cancer or lymphoma, no other options. This left my family devastated until we sought a second opinion which revealed that I have a harmless fluid filled cyst. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS DOCTOR! Horrible bedside manner.

He did not treat my mother with any compassion. He prescribed medicine that made her lack motivation and then she was involuntarily ejected from the nursing home for failing to improve. The doctor refused to reconsider his decision. Once I got her off the medication, she improved rapidly at home.

Dr. Chauhan spends as little time as possible with patients, appears annoyed with any questions, and blew off patient concerns that ended up being a potentially life threatening complication. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This doctor is an arshole pure and simple. He is culturally discrminative and rude and uncouth. Try asking him to explain your problem to you in a little more detail and his answer is to either trust him or go away. We went away!
