Protect yourself. They have no good customer service, they have no ethics. Leaving a patient without medication and putting them into withdrawal is not OK. When a physician from the largest medical provider in the northern Virginia area specifically says what was done is neglectful, breach of oath and duty, and is malpractice, it is telling. Most people working in the medical field are compassionate people, this office obviously is a whole other breed.

After I made an appointment, I read Yelp reviews saying that they were notorious for no-shows. Sure enough, my first and only appointment was canceled with no notification except for their portal.

If you didn't have problems before, you'd have them after attempting to seek help from this disorganized and clueless organization. My experiences trying to make an appointment with CAP, being charged for therapy that was later denied because a psychiatrist was unwilling to work with a disabled senior unable to use the computerized questionnaire. I never got a refund despite numerous requests for that "appointment". The office staff can barely handle a phone call. Then there's the quality of services provided. I wasn't sure who was in therapy, me or the therapist. I got more out of watching YouTube therapists! No Thank You.

Truly the worst place imaginable. Lying about diagnosis. Lying about no shows, even though they continued to prescribe. Steer clear at all costs.

Poor quality of care, they don't care about patients just a check. I was a patient here and they will diagnose incorrectly and throw all sorts of medications at you and don't care home they affect you at all.

Biggest crap show. Doctors leaving and canceling. Biggest zero. And really these are people responsible for our head space. Shameful. Totally disgusted me from all of it.

This is a super place to go if you need someone to talk to. Though I go to a different location than the one for this review, I've talked to several people at this company and everybody I've talked to has been super helpful. If you are in need of a therapist or maybe a need to manage medication, this is definitely the place to be. They have other services there that I haven't used and probably won't need, but in case you do, I highly recommend checking them out. There are therapists that see kids through adults and everyone in between. Their specific counselors for specific personal needs and I highly recommend checking them out. I've had nothing but great personal success thus far and I look forward to continuing forward on that path.

Comically terrible. I mean, it would be comical if we didn't need services. Appointment 1: provider never shows up at all. Appointment 2: new provider gets on the call, says she's not licensed to practice in my state. I had received confirmation on the scheduling call that she was. Credit card is charged regardless; multiple requests for a refund are unanswered. Appointment 3: log into the portal. Appt has been canceled. No idea why. No attempt to reschedule made. Edit: have now received followup call. Appt was canceled because they do not take patients my son's age. This is my seventh conversation and third scheduled appointment. HOW was this never mentioned???? They have a central intake department that has no information and is not empowered to do anything. It is an absolute mess. Don't go near this practice.

I was harmed by services rendered. I saw two providers here, both made major errors when prescribing psychopharmicological medications resulting in demonstrably negative outcomes. And they are still charging me.

awful-/ STAY AWAY. Office experience is beyond incompetent and uncaring. Providers are disinterested, unresponsive and poorly trained.
