Dr. Lyerly provides excellent care for my family member. He is knowledgeable about medication options and follows up to make sure they are working the way they are supposed to. Telehealth appointments are very convenient and easy to schedule. Kendrah, the office assistant, is very responsive and proactive about handling insurance issues. Highly recommend Columbia Mental Health!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Had scheduled a session for my son and his first session was schedule with Alexander Brown via the Telehealth services. Needless to say my sons was excited and ready for the appointment only to have the provider not show. We immediately contacted Columbia, no help, no service just a had to leave a voicemail. Trying to get help and having you first appointment and the provided is a no show, is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and demoralizing for the patient. Yet all you hear is you will be charged. I call this morning and I was still angry however the only reason I would give them any credit is Mary who took my call was professional, apologized and stated she would call me back with the reason as to why this happened. I understand life events happen, but provide the same curtesy you want to be treated with Alexander Brown. I will be patiently waiting for my call back and to see if this provider tries to bill me.
