Deepthi Moola's Online Review Report Card

I am very happy with my doctors at this OBGYN. Dr. Moola and Dr. Patel are great. The administrative team is horrible though.1. When I needed to get my mammogram they kept re-entering the wrong date for the doctors referral. I need to call several times to get that corrected and went to the hospital 2x and waiting for nothing.2. When my insurance changed they accidentally checked the box to not have my bills submitted to my insurance. 2 months later I am still chasing after my money because Inova claimed that they sent my check but I never received anything (why don't they just refund my CC?!) I also had to follow up several times.3. I told the nurse/assistant that my pharmacy changed and gave her the right location and address. Today they sent my prescription to my old pharmacy. I honestly don't know what's going on in their system or why they ask me all these questions if it doesn't do anything at the end anyways.Absolutely frustrated with the staff at this location and the continuous clerical errors at this location.

One of the worst doctors who doesn't care what happens to her patients. I believed her so much when I was pregnant. She knew my condition that I was high risk patient and she did nothing to save my baby boy. In the end, she asks me to be careful in my next pregnancy and asks me to consult a high risk doctor. She won't reply to messages and doesn't return the calls. Plz don't waste your time consulting her if your pregnant. I've been crying everyday for losing my healthy baby who should've lived if extra care was given to him. I'm in depression and totally helpless.

I loved Dr. Moola. I went to her for a second opinion and she was absolutely amazing! She really takes the time to explain everything while maintaining professionalism. She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. Totally recommend her!

Dr Moola was on call when I came to the hospital to deliver. I never met her but she was so positive and reassuring from the get go. This was my first delivery, she walked me through every step of the way. The most amazing part was that she stayed with me for about 2 hours of active labor (which doesn’t typically happen). She was encouraging, positive, motivating, gave all the treatment options. We both wanted me to avoid a csection but weren’t sure if it was going to be possible, together we made it happen, without her I think my delivery would have had a different ending! I am very grateful that she was my doctor!

What an experience with Deephthi Moola. After my doctor of many years left this practice, I switched to Dr. Moola for the convenience of the location and established records. I wasn't too concerned when, during the first exam, she blithely said "now I will exam your uterus." She had not even glanced at my profile since I no longer have my uterus. Odd thing that. This was an indication of the careless to come.She provided prescriptions for both a mammogram and a DXA Bone Density Axial Skeleton exam. I had both done on the same day at Washington Radiology (Arlington). A letter reporting on the mammogram soon came. Calling about the results of the bone density scan, I was told a patient could not interpret them but the results had been sent to Moola and I needed to ask her about it. I made six phone calls to the nursing staff (getting a total of one call back but with no message left; one nurse said the exam had been received but the doctor needed to look at it). At a suggestion from one of the nurses, I turned to their online system (MyChart). After two inquiries, a reply from Moola finally came. Unfortunately it was for the already reported mammogram despite all the statements that I had received that result from a radiologist.In defeat, I got a kind person at Washington Radiology to mail both me and my primary care doctor the results of the exam.Incompetent? Uncaring? A result of a poorly organized office?You decide.

This place they reschedule you without let you know. They did this for three times I have to go to a different place. They really wasting my time. If you don't want to waste your time try some other place.

I really love her. She’s so out going and so jolly. She takes her time with me and is never in a rush. She is a concerned doctor about her patients. If your looking for someone who is jolly and care for her patients I really recommend her. Dr.Moola is very respectful and caring Doctor. I’ve never meet a gynecologist so nice loving and caring Doctor like her.

Got a bill sent to my home saying the office did not put my insurance information for a lab test. I was on the phone with Quest for 30 minutes before just correcting it myself. I then called the office to get my result and have been told the doctor needs to review it before it gets released. She doesn’t have an NP and the nursing staff doesn’t pick up the phone during business hours. She’s nice but I prefer to have a doc who is responsive and an office that does things correctly.
