Had a great experience at the Woodburn Endoscopy Center where I had a colonoscopy. Odd to say "great experience" and "colonoscopy" in the same sentence but the staff and nurses were great and the entire procedure was smooth, start to finish.

My wife and I have used Dr Herman for multiple colonoscopies at Woodburn. The staff has always been great and Dr Herman is the best. He came recommended to us and we have since recommended him and would do so again. Always professional. Always thorough.

My wife is very sick and got a referral to see this doctor. After being on the phone for an hour and a half trying to make an appointment, i learned that the doctor only examines patients remotely by video, and it would take 2 months to get a video appointment to examine her ... LIVER! The person on the phone was extremely condescending, which is not what someone battling a long term illness needs. We will keep searching for a doctor and a practice that actually care about patients a little more than they care about charging for appointments! if I could give negative stars, I would!

What a horribly ran business and medical practice. This place would be out of business if there wasn't such a high demand and low supply for Gastroenterology in the DC area (and Arlington). They don't answer the phone and take forever to respond. They are still stuck in 2020 with their "telehealth due to COVID" and won't even see patients in person (seriously, its October 2022 and all other businesses ...

All procedures done with extreme care, exceptional knowledge. Dr. Herman and his team are unequaled as far as we are concerned. For over 15 years he and his team has been treating us and managing our procedures with our full confidence in their abilities, experience, and knowledge.
