Scheduling an appointment was a headache because of the new phone system. I almost went to a different provider because of it. Other than that, everything else was exceptional. The receptionist was extremely nice. I was on crutches so she brought me my forms to fill out and picked them up from me when I was done. The ladies who took my X-Ray images were also very friendly and delicate with my knee. Lastly, Dr. Branche was awesome! He has a ton of experience and took less than 5 minutes for him to see me once I was in the patient room.

Text msgs should include ADDRESS of appointment. Automated msgs on voicemail should be SHORTER/Quicker. Dr. Branche and his staff are a pleasant bunch of NOVA folks to deal with. Great knowledge, politeness, and care is given each and every time I have gone for my rotator cuff surgery follow up visits! Love Dr. Branches knowledge!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Branche! He took his time with us and overall as a Black man I felt seen, heard and respected. We had a questions (mainly my wife) but he thoroughly explained and let me know what to expect. I felt like I was having a conversation with someone I already knew and for that I would recommend a family member of friend to this practice.
