My wife and I were very impressed with the staff and Dr Gregory Bernstein. Very friendly staff. Dr Bernstein took his time and explained everything and answered every question. I tried to schedule an appointment with Gregory M. Bernstein, MD. I have valid insurance through Trustmark, which is managed by Cigna. The appointment scheduler refused to call the insurance provider to verify that the policy is active and gave me no options on how to verify my policy. Insurance is hard to navigate, and having medical offices that are unwilling to help patients makes it exponentially worse.

Dr. Bernstein (Gregory) was exceptionally empathetic and a fantastic listener. He was very approachable, and voiced feelings candidly and openly, which I thoroughly appreciated. Dr. Bernstein is an outstanding doctor. He listened to my concerns and explained my diagnosis. An ER doctor misdiagnosed my condition! Dr. Bernstein took a conservative approach, and I recovered without a surgical procedure. He took time to explain multiple issues, and my follow-up went well -- he reassured me that everything was fine. Over time, my pain went away.

Outstanding physician! At the first appointment he personally came out and called me from the waiting room, and introduced himself. This set a tone of the level of professional service I have not experienced before. He made me feel comfortable discussing my issues and offered a diagnostic program to remove any questions of complications. He continues to monitor my condition with sincere interest.

Stone cold doctor, I did all the talking-is this guy depressed?? Didn't say anything new of what I had read on line about my condition, could have save some $$.,seriously. His physical exam felt rushed, and once again, without any particular interest in the patient. Never again.
