This feedback is for the practice, not for Dr. Snively. I had scheduled an 8:50am appointment for my son several weeks in advance with a new doctor (Bhalani) in the practice. I had an email confirmation for the appointment. We arrived at 8:45am and the receptionist told us my son's appointment had been cancelled. We were not informed ahead of time; she offered no explanation. There was no offer to find us an alternative time. Extremely unprofessional.

I have wonky eyes, and Dr. Snively took her time, LISTENED to my concerns/requirements, and very painstakingly and thoroughly worked to best accommodate them. I never felt rushed, and she really paid attention to detail. Exceptional!The optician (Pam, I think?) was super patient, giving me solid, obviously knowledgeable input into what frames and lens shapes would work with my face. She was great about fine-tuning placements of bifocal elements and gave me her total attention.
