Dr. Salameh did an amazing job repairing a major hernia that I had for years. You can't even tell that I had a hernia now. He used the robotic surgery technique and used a mesh to strengthen the abdominal wall. The surgery was relatively pain free. I was up and about after two days and the pain was gone after just a few weeks. I can now take my shirt off without being stared at. I can't say how much this has changed my life for the better. Excellent job, Dr. Salameh!

Dr. Salameh is wonderful! He has a very good bedside manner and really listened to my concerns before and after my surgery. I highly recommend him for any surgical needs.

Dr Salameh is the kindest, gentlest, most compassionate physician I've ever known. Though I am in my 70s, he allayed my apprehension about bariatric surgery by carefully explaining the various options, clearly answering all of my questions, and helping me to understand why the sleeve gastrectomy would be best for me. The preparation guidance provided by his staff went smoothly; the surgery was swift; and recovery was relatively pain-free. Ultimately I lost a third of my total body weight and am much happier and healthier than I've been in many years. I strongly recommend Dr Salameh for anyone considering weight-loss surgery. He's fantastic.

Dr. Salameh, he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to his Professionalism. This doctor knows his work! (No complication) The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon. He’s an outstanding surgeon.

Dr. Salameh came highly recommended by my primary care physician and I'm so happy that I chose him to do my surgery. Dr. Salameh is very professional, took the time to discuss all my surgery options, respected my opinions and the decision that I made, and completed my surgery above my expectations. I don't expect to ever need this surgery again but I would choose Dr. Salameh every time. I recommend him, and his office, to anyone considering gastric surgery.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Salameh. I had a large complex hernia and after seeing a localDoctor went to get a second opinion. Thank God I did. Not only was his expertise and knowledge top notch but he was able to do the robotics. My hernia was worse than what the scan had shown and difficult per the location. He did an amazing job. I am still recovering but am on the mend. I was impressed of how he called within 5 minutes on a Saturday back as I needed more pain meds and the order had not been received at Walmart. He took care of that ASAP for me. Walmart loses orders sometimes as it’s happened before so I knew it was on their end but needed the meds and had no issues. He did a good job. My muscles that tore were in between 2 of my ribs. As it was high up on my left side. He was able to pull my muscles together as close as he could and put mesh in but he also had to free up scar tissue as my kidneys were stuck to my ribs. I highly recommend Dr. Salameh. He took the worry and stress away as I knew I was in good hands. He is also very nice and has good bad side manners which is a plus. Worth the Drive to VA. I would travel to see him if I needed him again.His office is very accommodating too as I had FMLA paperwork and short term paperwork and they were all over it. I did not feel like just a number. Best experience I’ve ever had. dr. Salameh answered all my questions. I don’t usually have a lot of faith in doctors and hospitals. But I do in him and VA hospital Center and his staff. He is an exceptional doctor who really cares about his patients. He is very approachable and welcomed all questions that I had or ever had about my procedure. I am very thankful for his time and care! He is an expert on the conditions he specializes and puts his patients to ease about processes and procedures. He has a wonderful rapport with his patients that is not typically found with doctors of his high acumen. I will recommend all of my friends and family to him!!
