Jean Gilles Tchabo's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tchabo’s for more than 25 years now. He’s treated and supported me through significant health concerns, surgical procedures, a difficult pregnancy and delivery, more procedures and now menopause management. At my last visit, though I had not seen him in over two years because of the pandemic, he came in the room with a smile, asked me about my daughter and then with great caring, asked me about all of my concerns, and patiently addressed each one. He also shared practical healthcare tips. He is renowned for his expertise and endeared for his very personable and genuinely attentive examination table side manner. He remains consistently exceptional.

Dr Tchabo is an amazing doctor but his assistant on the other hand is completely rude she talks to you any type of way and tries to belittle you then “apologize” for her rudeness.. Definitely took everything out of me not to go off on this lady.

I would love to give 5 stars for my doctor, Tchabo. He’s awesome! And so is the staff here. But the receptionist at the front desk who answers the phone & handles patient’s records is VERY rude & disrespectful. She doesn’t care to listen to your concerns when you call the office, she’s rushy and has a bad attitude. I understand stress & other factors, I have a job of my own. But regardless of how bad of a day I’m having, I never take that out on customers. I leave my personal life behind & focus on work. Also, it costs nothing to be kind to others. Treat people the way you’d like to be treated. You have to care about people to do a job like this. If you are mean and nasty, consider another career choice where you don’t have to interact with others much or improve your attitude & communication skills. Unfortunately, calling the office is the least enjoyable part of my experience due to having to speak to this rude woman. Other than her, I’d give this place 5 stars!

Careless customer service.Dr Tchabo have to really terminate all the staff and hire new ones

Terrible experience. If you are a new patient don’t take a appointment. They don’t care about patients. I am pharmacist and I know how health care should work. I literally walked out because of their ignorance towards their patients and went to another provider.

"Obgyn" Dr. Tchabo has been committed to my female health in many ways over the pass 26 years. He listens, always finds solutions, and advises on healthcare needed. Dr. Tchabo cares for his patients beyond an office visit. Thank you Dr. Tchabo for being an AWESOME OBGYN, I appreciate all the healthcare and advice you provide. May God bless you! 💙

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I was asking her questions and she continued to be passive-aggressive. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Tchabo for over 12 years. This is the first time I have ever been spoken to in this manner.

The best Doctor I have met.

Best doctor ever! Delivered 4 of my kids and the only Doc that let me try for a VBAC.

I love the Tchabo team! My job moved me to Southern Md and i drive back to Va to see them. They give you comfort that is hard to find in alot of offices nowadays.
