Completely unprofessional doctors office. I spoke to Monica yesterday to confirm an appointment for today. This is a pre op appointment, and yet an hour before the appointment they call and cancel. They called me to reschedule an important appointment and didn’t attempt to contact the other person although this was a scheduling error on their part. I don’t feel like this place has your healths best interest in mind. Go to another doctors for your own sake

Not good - he was not masked during our appointment in October 2020, in the middle of a pandemic. Even after being called out, he refused to wear his mask.

Dr Rana is the best! He is a very busy man but when you make an appointment he is thorough and very professional. He has got a great bedside manner and will tell you exactly how it is. He holds nothing back which I appreciate so much.

Dr. Rana has been my physcian for many years now. Dr. Rana is, Kind, Respectable, and Very knowledgeable, Competent, Truthful, answers ALL medical questions, and get down to the bottom of what is exactly wrong with a patient, and make sure the patient understands what is exactly going on with their health, and if they don't understand, he break it down until you do understand. I am So happy to have Dr. Rana as my doctor! Thank u Dr. Rana! And his staff are Very, Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable as well. They also well organized, and work together GREATLY as a team. As a patient you ALWAYS feel comfortable at your doctor's visit at Dr. Rana's office!

I showed up for a new patient appointment today and the receptionist, surprised to see me, said that they canceled and the doctor had left the office. She also mentioned that she hadn't even called my insurance to check my plan; I don't think she ever actually entered my appointment into their system. I won't be rescheduling.

My Mother is a102 years old as been with Dr.Rana 2000 even she his in good health condition never been in the hospital never since then had any problem with billing or personal problems with him or staff since then I find the office of Dr.Rana is neglecting the care of my Mother every time that we set appointments to see him he is canceling 1 hour before our appointment giving excuses I had it today for the fourth time today Not even providing to see a different Provider or taking care of his own patients I'm a Caregiver for my MoM I'm very upset about the care that he is giving and I wonder if my mother is been discriminated for her age even do she as never bothered him for no other care than regular checkups.

Dr. Rana is my primary care doctor and I have seen Dr. Rana numerous times and am very satisfied with him and his staff. Dr. Rana recently helped me through a very long and difficult diagnosis which involved numerous doctors to rule out or narrow down the cause of my underlying condition and I felt like he was with me every step of the way! I love his bedside manner, he is sometimes brutally honest about things and can be very upfront. I feel like he is genuinely concerned about me each time I see him. Excellent doctor!

This office is always overbooked. There is no time and the doctor is always in a rush. He is nice but very intimidating. The staff are lazy and don't care, never experienced such an incompetent medical office. Do not recommend.

Dr Rana is a nice man, very knowledgeable, and seems to be sincere. His staff are mostly related to him however it is the most poorly run medical office I have ever experienced. The waiting room is always overcrowded and appointments are at least 45 minutes late at least 75% of the time. On numerous occasions I have called and asked for prescriptions or documents to be sent which never arrived, only after many frustrating phone calls. I know they have lied to me on several occasions and I do not trust them. For this reason alone I cannot recommend Dr Rana to anyone.

Dr. Rana is an excellent Dr. He is knowledgable, approachable and truely interested in his patients wellbeing. He is always open to discussing any issues and is more than willing to explain anything you ask about. He is normally very punctual, the only exceptions being the occasional emergency, which leads me to believe that should I have a serious problem, then others would just have to wait! Just the way I want it. Dr. Rana's staff is wonderful to deal with, frendly and efficient at the same time. I highly recommend Dr. Rana.
