I had the best experience here I have a very bad eczema condition for years my skin looked horrible always itched and was super dry I would never wear dresses or shorts because my eczema was on my legs it took 6 months of using different medicines recommended by the doctor and now my skin is completely cleared I’m so thankful I would highly recommend going to this doctor I’m so pleased with my results and now can wear dresses shorts and swimsuits with no care because my skin looks normal and feel smooth

Doctor Neal performed a simple procedure on my back that did not heal properly 2 years ago now and it still gives me problems. Dr. Neal refused to see me even after I complained of the continuing issues because I still owed him money. He pretty much told me the medicine for eczema that I would need to heal is too costly. He told me common sense remedies to help with eczema,,” stuff I already knew. However, how would he know what I would pay for better skin? Don’t worry about the cost, help me and prescribe me the darn medicine.

This office is very unprofessional. I’ve been calling for the past week trying to schedule an appointment and no one has been answering the phone. I called again today and someone finally answered, put me on hold for over 5 minutes and eventually hung up on me. I called back 4 more times and still no answer. I also made an appointment request through their website and still no call back. If this office is this unprofessional and I can only imagine what how they treat patients in person.

Appointment with Dr. Kenneth W. Neal, MD. I went to see Dr. Neal because I had two areas that really concerned me. He checked me out, explained everything to me, did a set of biopsies, and I was ultimately thankful that they turned out to be benign. I trust Dr. Neall with my health. He is a good doctor.

He checked me out, he performed biopsies, explained what would happen, and it went very well. My results turned out to be that the areas were benign, so that was a great relief. Dr. Neal is a good doctor and a good man. I trust him with my health.

Came to their location about 1pm to pay a bill, but their door is locked, and no one is answering their phone nor the door.

I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his staff. They are extremely professional and do a remarkable job. When I met with Dr. Neal he took his time, was respectful, and explained in detail what should be done to help the situation. If you choose Dr. Neal you will not be disappointed.
