Dr. Hakkal was the hospitalist that saw my girlfriend when she was admitted to the hospital. Her bedside manner was awful, didn't listen to anything she said, ignored information from other staff, etc. Eventually she was discharged prematurely with an accelerated heart rate that the Nurse, PT, and Charge Nurse strongly advised against (as she was not in any shape to go home). Awful, awful experience with her.

Absolutely not. She had horrible bedside manner, and discharged my girlfriend from the hospital under conditions that she should not have went home in (against the suggestions of the Charge Nurse, PT Manager, and Shift Supervisor), and didn't even bother to come and assess her prior to her leaving.
