Very happy so far with the Shirlington office. Staff & Dr very nice.
nice big medical office, staff seemed nice, pre-consultation nurse was very professional, the only thing was Dr B had a very short visit with me considering my issues, perhaps she really understands what I need, we'll see what happens on my next visit, all I want is to be pain free.
Very rude front desk. I've seen them scream at patients. Needed a refill for a medication I've taken for 10 years. Was suddenly told won't refill until my next appt. So I will run out of the medicine and abruptly have to be off of it for a couple weeks while this is sorted out. Medically irresponsible. Do not recommend. Very difficult office to be a patient at.
The manager is the problem.Every time you ask her something or tell her something, she makes you feel stupid and she has this look like she's better than you and she's just mean. I hate to even go in there and look at her. Everyone else is great.
Ieman the travel MA and Dr. B really helped me out today, like always. Their level of professionalism and bed-side manner were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.
I am so grateful for Dr B professional help and the expert treatment of my back pain. I am thrilled that my pain was resolved so quickly! I can move without experiencing any sharp pain . I am feeling like my younger self! Thank you !
Dr Budapati and the staff at the National Spine & Pain center at the Shirlington location really are amazing; their care plan and the procedures have helped me manage my back pain & migraines … resulting in an improved overall quality of life.
Our appointment was at 1:45. We were told to arrive at Dr office at 1:15. I had already done check-in. We didn’t get into exam room until 2:30 and had to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in and spend 15-20 minutes with us
Worst run Dr's office I have ever been to in the 15 years I have been in pain management. I'm supposed to see Dr B, not the PA, within 6 months of being a patient and was only scheduled after I demanded it (approx 10 months) and said I was considering someplace else. Then, when I finally just met her at my last appt, she said I should never have been a patient because Trigeminal Neuralgia was not her 'wheelhouse'. Also, while most of the staff is pleasant, those in senior office positions are not. The office manager is defensive, rude, and unsympathetic which I, think, may just be a front for a lack of knowledge. Seriously, I would avoid if possible.
Dr. Budampati and entire staff are professional, thorough and understanding! I highly recommend this Office location in Arlington.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
