Absolutely the best place to go .I thank Dr Gordon so much more than words can ever say 💓 you are a god sent from heaven 🙏 🙌 it is worth the 2 hours drive to see you.
UPDATE: There is no way to speak to someone about this on the phone and they did NOT respond to my email. More scam! I see that I am not the only person who had the same problem with this place. I saw Dr. Mary Babcock during 2015 and 2016. She, too, prescribed a procedure that was not covered by insurance. Furthermore, she said that it would provide relief (it did not!). I communicated multiple times with the office: I still have my notes, and neither Dr. Babcock nor National Spine and Pain Centers ever responded. It is time to share my own story with others and get this file off my desk. Dr. Babcock stated that she was going to inject something in my back and it would provide me relief. It not only did not provide relief, but I have recently learned what she injected: It is prolotherapy--a pharmaceutical for osteoporosis. I had no diagnosis for osteoporosis nor would I consider such medication, knowing what it is. Furthermore, osteoporosis, in itself, does not cause pain. This is malpractice, at the very least. I would recommend that you stay away from this place if you need relief from pain.
I saw Dr. Gordon a few years ago for lumbar pain, and though none of his surgical and injection interventions ever had any positive results, I found him to be a competent physician. This year, I returned for advice with the same problem and got MRIs done. When I showed up for my appointment with Dr. Gordon ostensibly to go over the MRI imaging, I instead was greeted by PA Samantha Wright, who was kind and courteous, but said only Dr. Gordon had access to the imaging. I saw Dr. Gordon in the office, but was not allowed to talk to him even though PA Wright had basically nothing to show me other than the radiologist's report, which I had already seen. I found that to be disappointing. I logged into their "patient portal," but the only info available for the visit was a description of the visit and two tiny images (out of dozens from the MRI) too small to show any detail. The portal itself has little utility, as you cannot access billing information, pay a bill, or cancel an appointment. Also, four months after my last visit, I am still waiting for a refund from a double billing. And though patients are able to pay in person, the staff claims they have no access to billing records, which forces you to call their "billing department," which is just a woman who answers the phone, takes your information, and tells me the refund has not been sent yet. Which I know. And a supervisor is never "available" to speak to. I would advise staying away from this practice and company.
I cannot thank Dr. Samantha and Dr.Gordon enough for the exceptional care they provided during my healing process. After a car accident left me two bulging discs, they both stepped in with a perfect combination of expertise and compassion. They gave me three trigger point injections and prescribed medications that made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Throughout the entire process, they were not only professional but also incredibly kind and supportive, which helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence in my treatment. Their efforts truly made a positive impact on my life, and I'm grateful to have had such dedicated doctors by my side. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care!
I have an upper cervical problem that went undiagnosed for 6 months until I saw Dr. Gordon. He did a great upper cervical medial branch block injection with no complications. I can't lay face down and he was very understanding and flexible that I needed to lay on my side for the procedure. I felt he was the first doctor to pay enough attention to realize how severe my issue is. He recommended me to 2 other doctors that specialize in treating my condition. So far they both have been great. My only complaint is the staff/call center can be really hard to work with as others have said. I definitely recommend Dr. Gordon though. In response to some other comments on here, my impression of him was that he's just a little quirky, but a very sweet guy and a good doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gordan's off and on for a decade. He has always listened. He listens very well. I can't say this is true for all doctors. I think he should teach a course on bedside manner to medical students. Dr. Gordan goes out of his ways to make uncomfortable procedures more pleasant. I trust Dr. Gordan and anyone on his staff as he had to approve hiring them. He also never pressured me into any procedures or pushed anything on me that wasn't covered by insurance. Frankly, some of these reviews are ridiculous. It's a busy clinic, but there are also pain emergencies. I've been that emergency who had to come in at a moment's notice, and Dr. Gordan made it happen. I don't mind waiting longer because I know they are efficient unless emergencies happen. I'm not sure you'll find that flexibility in all clinics, but you're welcome to try. The office staff has always been caring, kind, compassionate, and efficient. The same is true for the Samantha and the technicians. I wish I could give six stars, and I highly recommend this practice.
Always easy to schedule an appointment and procedure. They do require two separate appointments; you have to be seen before they can schedule the procedure, but that makes sense. And they were able to get me in for the procedure just 2 days later. Anyone that's ever had debilitating pain from a bulging disk/sciatica knows exactly how wonderful it is to be made pain free inside of 3 days. I'm so appreciative of this clinic and all the folks who work there.
Dr. Gordon is the man I was looking for to take care of my back problems. He blocked the pain very well 5 years ago and I wanted to find him again. He had gone to other locations and he was the only one I would trust with my back. I found him and life is looking up.
Courteous, prompt and excellent care
Dr. Gordon is the best! His knowledge of the body, pain, and EDS have made me more functional than I was for years. Highly recommended.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
