Preeti Rana Md's Online Review Report Card

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The front desk staff are rude and their invoicing system is ancient, their invoices are receipts that are not accepted by any insurance as they do not even contain the office letterhead or doctor name, which in my opinion is quite shady in 2022 for a Doctor's practice. There is no effort to support customer service or get feedback or some proper help in the matter, plus a follow up visit was $75 which I find ridiculously expensive for a follow up. Also the doctors do not respond to their emails.

The office was warm and welcoming. The nurse practitioner Suh was attentive to all the aspects of my case. Dr. Rana was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I have discovered that Dr. Rana is one of the most gracious and caring doctors in her field. She always takes the time to listen to and address her patients' needs. She is an outstanding doctor and a credit to her profession.

Dr. Rana, Preeti is very intelligent , patient and caring for her patients. She absolutely prioritizes the patient’s safety whenever she prescribes any medication which I admire her experience and professionalism. She always take time to explain to her patients in details of the disease or diagnosis. My mother in-law who is 90 year old feels safe and happy under her care. As her patient myself, I am very happy and satisfied. I can easily communicate with dr. Rana and her staff regarding my health condition. The staff who are welcoming, helpful, and informative is A plus!

I have been a patient of Dr. Preeti Rana for many years. Dr. Rana is such a professional and caring doctor. Every time I visit her, she takes her time to listen to all of my concerns, she reviews my chart, and asks question before she advises me. She always calls and follows up to make sure I am doing well. I feel that she goes above and beyond the call of duty and would definitely recommend Dr. Rana to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Preeti Rana has been my PCP for quite sometime. She is the most compassionate, understanding, caring doctor I’ve ever had. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She’s non judgemental and will work with you and give you sound advise. She’s one of the few that I feel genuinely provides quality care to all her patients. A truly exceptional Physician.
